Azimio la Arusha is being discussed here as if it were all about ujamaa villages. What about all the resources we have decided to give away to the so called investors after dumping the policy? It's almost 20 years after the dump, are we, as a nation, any better today?
To some extent it was all about ujamaa villages. In 70s and before that more than 90% of Tanzanians lived in rural areas, and the number of Tanzanians who were relocated were more than 13 million.
Concerning other resources, you should be specific. Otherwise we will be discussing imaginary issues.
