Arsenal legend Nigel Winterburn says the Gunners widemen are failing Olivier Giroud.
The £12million slow-motion Frenchman has struggled for goals since joining Arsene Wenger's side, but it's hardly his fault insists old Nigel - who points the finger of blame at the likes of Theo Walcott.
Winterburn told talkSPORT: "If you're playing with a player like Giroud, who is not as quick or mobile as some players they've had up front previously, you have to vary it, get balls out wide, take players on and get crosses into the box.
"I don't think Arsenal are playing to Giroud's strengths and I've been disappointed with the wide players in the last couple of games. I don't think they've produced the quality we expect from them."

It's not all doom and gloom from Nigel, whose glass seems to be at least half full.
"I still believe Arsenal can do very well," Winterburn added. "After Christmas, going into January, I'd like to see them within four or five points of the leaders to see if they can challenge for the title.
"Finishing above Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea will be very, very hard but I'd like to see them up there rather than it be another transitional period, because that's happening too often. They were never in a position to challenge last season.
"They have to start picking up points pretty quickly, and we know they're capable of doing that, but they've put pressure on themselves already after a good start."
