What action should the current government take other than negotiations since errors were done by the past governments?

Keep on hoping for disgracing results, but what is obvious is the fact that such purposeful stupid errors will not take place again in Magufuli's regime.

Well it is a point of discussion,and it is also in my opinion that this will be futile and tragic as we have seen in the previous attempts by this regime to negotiate.I believe JPM as the HOS has to worry more about giving us tangible results instead of mocking himself through his public announcements which end to nothing but disgracing conclusions which negatively affect our country in the eyes of investors both local and foreign.

If you think my attitude is wrong then think twice.Let him prove us wrong on this one and get Airtel back to TTCL if it is all they can and at least we will have something to brag about.

Hata kama ulikuwa na hasira let it go kutokana na kwamba risk assessment zako zinakwambia ukizima hiyo mitambo na wewe auna capacity unawatesa wengi for no reasons. Nope zima waache waumie.

Sasa wanaamia Airtel wamekazana na ukiwasikiliza unachoona ni wivu tu unaosukumwa pamoja na tamaa zinazosukumwa strategic importance zao ilihali tayari wameonyesha hawana specialized knowledge ya kuendesha shirika la simu na kulikuza vinginevyo wangefanya. Kwenye fikra zao wakichukua Airtel itawaongezea numbers of users na kuanza kupata, lakini awajali nitty gritty parts za kuendesha shirika lisimame vinginevyo wangefanya.

Yaani hawa jamaa wanaharibu uchumi ata sielewi hizo source zao makusanyo kama ni valid. So pathetic watapotezea watu kibao kazi baada ya miaka michache tu na kuliuwa hilo shirika.

Worst hakuna hata watu wanaofanya scrutinization ya TTCL kama wanauwezo wa kuendesha hilo shirika kutokana na uwezo wa entrepreneurship hii aisee hii nchi ni shida sana kuishi viongozi awajali athari za maamuzi yao wala awayapimi ni mimi nataka kutokana na mamlaka yangu na hasira zangu salalee.

I think u don't know what exactly the government wants on Airtel and thus do not express ur feelings, emotions or even ur negative thinking believing that would happen the same.

The government aims at recovering on its shares resulted from manouvers made by government official and not to an invester who is innocent.

Apart from that, u don't know the in and Out and therefore u better be quiet unless u hv the whole report or information be based in the truth

You can not just arrest them niga, they have the advocates that knows their right and the law loopholes used in theft.

We can't afford to lose investors just because of the previous regimes messes.
If whenever there are issues we act impulsively who is gonna lose? Is it not our country?

Notwithstanding, It is the Airtel themselves who have requested for an audience with the Government on the issue so as to solve it amicably on which we in JF have no privy to what they are going to come out with.
Let's be patient.
Blame game won't help us. Let's put things right and move on.

We are like our minds at last are at lest. To negotiate with someone whom you have publically announced him/her as a thief is un acceptable. Since we have a TTCL, and Airtell emerged through TTCL(capitals?), then TTCL has to take over and run the business under their principles.
What we're seeing on Airtel saga will soon abrupt on Star media with TBC, it is a matter of time.
