Ukiona Mkandara amekaa kimya basi jua napata darasa safi sana. Kusema kweli wewe na Kitila mnanipa mavituz na kama msomaji ni lazima nipime pande zote kwa uzito wa hoja. Nadhani unaelewa fika mimi nimesimama upande gani lakini kuwa kwangu upande huu haina maana sintatazama upande wapili na hoja zake. Binafsi hulichukulia swala la mtazamo wa kisiasa kama vile dini, mathlan leo hii mimi nikiwa mkristu haina maana kabisa kuwa Uislaam ni dini ya Uongo na kukana hata kusikia mawaidha ya dini hiyo. Huo ni ujinga, na Upumbavu huwa pale unaposoma kisha ukataa vilevile kwa sababu tu neno hilo limesemwa na muislaam ama Kuran hata kama lina ukweli na fundisho.
Hivyo basi napokea hoja zote pamoja na kwamba dini yangu bado ni ile ile yaani mimi Mjamaa hadi kufa!...kama wasemavyo wenyewe - kuwa tulikunywa maji ya Uhuru!. Sasa wanapoupachika Ujamaa tafsiri yao huwa sina zaidi ya kuwatazama na kuwaachia imani yao, kwani haikatazwi hata siku moja Mkristu kuishi na Muislaam nchi moja maadam kila mmoja wetu anafuata ibada zake.

Hivyo basi napata darasa mkuu wangu mwageni manyanga!

Tafiti nyingi zinaonyesha kuwa Nadhaharia zilizojikita kwenye "Falasafa za Undani Mwanadamu" kama ilivyokuwa Azimio la arusha. Zinahitaji kama Mika 40 na zaidi kabla hazijawiva kwa matumizi ya mwananchi wa kawaida. Mara nyingi unakuta waalimu wake wanakuwa hawapo. Nafikiri Hata Rev atalitambua hili kwenye Mafundisho ya vitabu vyake vitakatifu kuwa "40" inawakilisha ukamilifu wa mizunguko fulani fulani.

Si unajua azimio la arusha lilifikiwa January 1967? Kwahiyo sio kama ni sisi tunapenda kulichambua na kuonyesha thamani na nguvu zake za kijamii zilizofichika. Ndio mambo yalivyo! Ghafla tunaona kinachotakiwa kuonwa.

Itafika wakati huwezi kujiamkia toka huko uankotoka na kutoa "tafsiri zilizofilisika" za azimio la arusha ukabakia unathamani mbele ya ummma. Kwani mazingira yatakuwa yana lidai na yatakusuta. Pale Zanzibar walikorofisha kidogo kwa sababu za ubinafsi tu..ili waweze kujichotea mali za wananchi na za taifa..Kifisadi. Leo hii mzuka unawafuata..Mzuka wa Kiwira, Bank Kuu..Subiri..Utaona mengi...Yaliyowezeshwa na kulikiuka azimio. Leo tunataka Kitu kama hicho kiwe kikatiba maana sio cha mali ya chama chochote!

Lakini Nimalizie kwa kuseme tu kuwa Value na kanuni za Azimio Ni "kiu ya kweli kwa Taifa la Tz kwa sasa". Hatuongelei chama, itikadi wala imani..UTU haujui vyote hivyo. UTU + UBINAADAMU ni status ambayo ni very objective. NI UTANZANIA!!! UTANZANIA=UTU=UBINAADAMU!!! Na hiki ndicho chimbuko na Azimio. Tangulini Utu, Ubinaadamu ukapitwa na wakati? tangulini hivyo vikawa mali ya NGO AU CHAMA etc..."NI MALI YA WATU WENYEWE"

Kuukana utu ni kualika na kukumbatia ufisadi, dhuluma, magonjwa vita, umasikini, unyama..etc. Maana mwanadamu hawezi kuukana utu na maadili yake AKABAKI SALAMA!!!

Nimesoma kiambatanisho cha Mdeme na nitkujibu baadaye. Nimevutiwa sana na utafiti na maoni ya huyu bwana na kwa kweli, inabidi tuangalie upya mambo mengi ili kusonga mbele!

Serikali yadai katiba ya Tanzania haina kasoro

WAKATI Muungano wa vyama vya upinzani nchini umetangaza kuwa mwaka 2008 ni wa mapambano ya kukamilisha agenda yao ya kudai Katiba mpya ya Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, serikali imesisitiza kuwa katiba ya sasa haina kasoro na kwamba inakidhi mahitaji yote ya msingi.

Waziri wa Sheria na Katiba, Dk Mary Nagu alimweleza mwandishi wa gazeti hili kuwa Katiba ya sasa ya jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania iliotungwa mwaka 1977, bado inakidhi mahitaji kwa kuwa ilitungwa kwa umakini mkubwa kwa kuwashirikisha watanzania wengi

Katiba hii bado inakidhi mahitaji na inahimili mabadiliko yote ya kijamii yanayotokea nchini kwa kuwa ina mambo yote yanayotakiwa kuwemo katika katiba ya kidemokrasia, alisema Dk Nagu.

Akizungumzia hoja ya wapinzani kuhusu kutungwa kwa katiba mpya, Dk Nagu alisema huu sio wakati wake wala kwa sasa hakuna sababu za kutunga katiba mpya kwa sababu iliyopo inakwenda na wakati.

Alieleza sababu za kutungwa kwa katiba mpya kuwa ni kutokana na matukio makubwa ikiwamo kubadilisha mamlaka ya dola.

Kwa mfano tulipotoka serikali ya kikoloni na kwenda serikali ya uhuru tulitunga katiba mpya. Pia tulipoachana na Malkia wa Uingereza tulitunga katiba mpya na baada ya kuwa na Muungano tukawa na katiba mpya tuliyonayo sasa, alibainisha Dk Nagu.

Hata hivyo alisema serikali haijui hoja ya msingi katika madai ya wapinzani kuhusu katiba, kwamba wanataka itungwe katiba mpya au iliyopo ifanyiwe marekebisho.

Alisema wapinzani hawajawahi wasilisha mapendekezo yao serikalini kuhusiana na madai yao zaidi ya kusikia madai hayo kupitia vyombo vya habari.

Suala la kutunga katiba mpya wakati huu hatuna na sio agenda yetu. Agenda yetu kuu na iliyoko kwenye Ilani ya Uchaguzi ya CCM ni kuondoa umaskini na kuleta maendeleo kwa wananchi, kujenga shule, zahanati na vituo vingi vya afya na kuleta mabadiliko ya kilimo ili kuboresha maisha ya Watanzania, alisema Dk Nagu.

Alisema kama hoja ya wapinzani ni kutunga katiba mpya kwa maana ya kuifuta katiba yote inayotumika sasa, hiyo ni vigumu kwa sasa kwa sababu, licha ya kutokuwa agenda ya serikali pia sio wakati muafaka.

Dk Nagu alisema kama hoja ya wapinzani ni kufanya mabadiliko katika baadhi ya mambo ambayo wanadhani yanahitaji mabadiliko ndani ya katiba basi wanapaswa kuyawasilisha serikali kwa utaratibu ulioainishwa na katiba.

Alisema katiba si Msahafu wala si Biblia bali ni waraka hai unaoruhusu mabadiliko, lakini akaonya kuwa ni sheria kuu ambayo ikitikiswatikiswa inaweza kusababisha nchi kuondokana na amani ambayo alisema yeye anaamini imedumishwa na katiba ya sasa.

Akizungumzia utaratibu wa kufanya mabadiliko katika katiba alisema ni lazima kwanza kukusanya maoni kutoka kwa wananchi, kuona kama wanakubaliana na jambo husika na kisha kupeleka muswada bungeni, ambalo litaipitisha kwa niaba ya wananchi.

Alisema hadi sasa katiba imekwishafanyiwa mabadiliko mbalimbali na kwa nyakati tofauti tofauti, ikiwa ni pamoja na kuweka misingi ya haki za binadamu mwaka 1984 na wakati wa mfumo wa vyama vingi mwaka 1992.

Sasa kama kuna mengine, tufuate utaraibu tulioufuata wakati ule ambao uko katika katiba, kwa sababu katiba sheria mama ambayo inaruhusu mabadiliko kwa mambo yale yanayohitaji mabadiliko kulingana na muda wenyewe, alisema na kuongeza:

:Lakini katiba itabakia ile ya mwaka 1977 hivyo tutenganishe kati ya kutunga katiba upya na kufanya mabadiliko ndani ya katiba iliyopo sasa hivi. Kwa ujumla wapinzani haieleweki kama wanataka katiba mpya au wanataka mabadiliko".

Alifafanua pia kuwa sio kila mabadiliko yanayotokea duniani na nchini ni lazima kufanya mabadiliko katika katiba bali mengine huweza kufanywa kupitia katika sheria mbalimbali ambazo pia zinatungwa kwa kuangalia katiba.

Alitoa mfano wa mabadiliko yaliyowahi kufanyika katika sheria kuwa ni pamoja na kuundwa kwa mamlaka na vyombo mbalimbali vya udhibiti ikiwamo Ewura na Sumatra.

Kwa hivyo kama nilivyokwisha kusema wao walete tu mapendekezo yao na sisi tutayaangalia, jambo ambalo linahitaji mabadiliko tutawaeleza utaratibu na namna ya kufanya kuleta mabadiliko hayo kama hayako kwenye katiba na kama hayawezi kufanyika kupitia katika sheria, alisisitiza Dk.Nagu.

Hivi karibuni vyama vya upinzani nchini vilifanya mkutano na vyombo vya habari na kutoa tamko kuwa mwaka 2008 ni mwaka wa mapambano ya kukamilisha agenda ya kutungwa kwa katiba mpya na kwamba tayari wamekwisha kamilisha rasimu ya katiba mpya ambayo wataanza kuipeleka kwa wananchi ili kupata maoni kabla ya kluishinikiza serikali kuipitisha.

Kwa muda mrefu wapinzani wamekuwa wakidai kuwa katiba ya Tanzania ina mapungufu hivyo inatakiwa kuandikwa upya lakini serikali imkuwa kikipinga hadi bungeni.

Hata hivyo, kabla ya Uchaguzi Mkuu wa mwaka 2005, wapinzani walishindwa kujenga hoja ya pamoja juu ya madai yao hayo kutokana na kutokuwa na umoja, kufautia umoja waliouunda kuvunjika wakati wanaelekea kwenye mchakato wa uchaguzi huo. Safari hii vyama hivyo vimeunda umoja ambao pia baadhi ya vyama vimejitoa na kuunda wa kwao hivyo kuifanya kambi hiyo kuwa na makundi mawili.

As you most of you have seen I started the topic for Focus 2010 and Chadema must Reform as to create a dialogue of great minds (both for and opposing) in searching for means and way to bring true changes for our country and not dwelling on costmetic appearance.

I am calling for all those who are ready to join me in my journey to save our nation to be active participants of several innitiatives that I will be working on to empower Tanzanians (some of you we have already spoke about this).

Yes, my emotions on my prayer above are true, my anger is deeper than Lake Tanganyika, I am tired to be played like a yo-yo or some toy, while I have all the blessings from the Mighty God.

Some of innitiatives that I would like to work on are New Constitution for URT, Muungano, revisiting Azimio la Arusha,Freedom of press, revisiting MKUKUTA and VISION 2025 and Volunteerism.

The priority is on Katiba. For those who will be interested, please send me a PM and we will pick it up from there. The door is open for serious folks of all minds, whether is CCM, Chadema, CUF or Independents.

This project will be for the benefit of Mtanzania and taifa and not tied to one political party.

This is my new convenant in fighting Ujinga, Maradhi na Umasikini. Ni agano jipya la kumrudishia kila Mtanzania matumaini kuwa hatujakwama Jangwani tukisubiri Mana kutoka mbinguni.

Sitaacha mapambano dhidi ya Ufisadi, Uhujumu, Usaliti au Ubadhirifu wa mali na hazina ya Taifa.

Nikimsoma Mdeme, nimekumbushwa mengi kuhusu Utaifa na Uzalendo. Nimekumbuka jinsi nilivyokuwa pamoja na taabu zote za kiuchumi, nilijifunza kuwa mvumilivu, mchapa kazi na kuwa na juhudi katika kila kitu na kujifunza kila kitu kuongeza maarifa.

Sisi tuliokulia kwa nyimbo na malezi ya kisiasa, lengo halikuwa kutufanya tuwe wakomunisti au kushindwa kujijenga na kuwa wakomavu. Lengo lilikuwa ni kututayarisha katika ushindani wa dunia hii na majaribu yake bila kukata tamaa au kukimbilia njia fupi eti kusawazisha na kujiondolea matatizo.

Naomba ninukuu hotuba ya Franklin Delano Roosevelt aliyoitoa March 4 1993, siku alipoapishwa kuwa Raisi wa Marekani. Mkumbuke kuwa Marekani ilikuwa imeanza kujinasua kutoka Deep Depression. Pamoja na utajiri ambao Marekani ilikuwa nao, pamoja na matatizo yote yaliyoikabili, ni Utaifa na uimara wa uongozi ndio uliobadilisha sura ya Taifa hili kw amara nyingine na kuleta msukumo wa mapinduzi katika uzalishaji mali kujenga jamii inayojitegemea. Ingawa si kila mtu ni tajiri au anajitegemea, lakini juhudi za kuhakikisha kuwa kila mwananchi anapata tumaini na kujijua kuwa Serikali yake iko nyuma yake kumsaidia ndiko kulikobadilisha sura ya nchi hii na ndio maana hii hotuba, inatambulika kama hotuba kabambe iliyowapa Wamarekani matumaini mapya na ni jinsi Roosevelt alivyofuatilia ahadi na kiapo chake.

Msisitizo ni wa kwangu ambao naufananisha na safari tuliyonayo Watanzania.

I am certain that my fellow Americans expect that on my induction into the Presidency I will address them with a candor and a decision which the present situation of our people impel. This is preeminently the time to speak the truth, the whole truth, frankly and boldly. Nor need we shrink from honestly facing conditions in our country today. This great Nation will endure as it has endured, will revive and will prosper. So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself-nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory. I am convinced that you will again give that support to leadership in these critical days.

In such a spirit on my part and on yours we face our common difficulties. They concern, thank God, only material things. Values have shrunken to fantastic levels; taxes have risen; our ability to pay has fallen; government of all kinds is faced by serious curtailment of income; the means of exchange are frozen in the currents of trade; the withered leaves of industrial enterprise lie on every side; farmers find no markets for their produce; the savings of many years in thousands of families are gone.

More important, a host of unemployed citizens face the grim problem of existence, and an equally great number toil with little return. Only a foolish optimist can deny the dark realities of the moment.
Yet our distress comes from no failure of substance. We are stricken by no plague of locusts. Compared with the perils which our forefathers conquered because they believed and were not afraid, we have still much to be thankful for. Nature still offers her bounty and human efforts have multiplied it. Plenty is at our doorstep, but a generous use of it languishes in the very sight of the supply. Primarily this is because the rulers of the exchange of mankind's goods have failed, through their own stubbornness and their own incompetence, have admitted their failure, and abdicated. Practices of the unscrupulous money changers stand indicted in the court of public opinion, rejected by the hearts and minds of men.

True they have tried, but their efforts have been cast in the pattern of an outworn tradition. Faced by failure of credit they have proposed only the lending of more money. Stripped of the lure of profit by which to induce our people to follow their false leadership, they have resorted to exhortations, pleading tearfully for restored confidence. They know only the rules of a generation of self-seekers. They have no vision, and when there is no vision the people perish.

The money changers have fled from their high seats in the temple of our civilization. We may now restore that temple to the ancient truths. The measure of the restoration lies in the extent to which we apply social values more noble than mere monetary profit.

Happiness lies not in the mere possession of money; it lies in the joy of achievement, in the thrill of creative effort. The joy and moral stimulation of work no longer must be forgotten in the mad chase of evanescent profits. These dark days will be worth all they cost us if they teach us that our true destiny is not to be ministered unto but to minister to ourselves and to our fellow men.

Recognition of the falsity of material wealth as the standard of success goes hand in hand with the abandonment of the false belief that public office and high political position are to be valued only by the standards of pride of place and personal profit; and there must be an end to a conduct in banking and in business which too often has given to a sacred trust the likeness of callous and selfish wrongdoing. Small wonder that confidence languishes, for it thrives only on honesty, on honor, on the sacredness of obligations, on faithful protection, on unselfish performance; without them it cannot live.

Restoration calls, however, not for changes in ethics alone. This Nation asks for action, and action now.
Our greatest primary task is to put people to work. This is no unsolvable problem if we face it wisely and courageously. It can be accomplished in part by direct recruiting by the Government itself, treating the task as we would treat the emergency of a war, but at the same time, through this employment, accomplishing greatly needed projects to stimulate and reorganize the use of our natural resources.

Hand in hand with this we must frankly recognize the overbalance of population in our industrial centers and, by engaging on a national scale in a redistribution, endeavor to provide a better use of the land for those best fitted for the land. The task can be helped by definite efforts to raise the values of agricultural products and with this the power to purchase the output of our cities. It can be helped by preventing realistically the tragedy of the growing loss through foreclosure of our small homes and our farms. It can be helped by insistence that the Federal, State, and local governments act forthwith on the demand that their cost be drastically reduced. It can be helped by the unifying of relief activities which today are often scattered, uneconomical, and unequal. It can be helped by national planning for and supervision of all forms of transportation and of communications and other utilities which have a definitely public character. There are many ways in which it can be helped, but it can never be helped merely by talking about it. We must act and act quickly.

Finally, in our progress toward a resumption of work we require two safeguards against a return of the evils of the old order; there must be a strict supervision of all banking and credits and investments; there must be an end to speculation with other people's money, and there must be provision for an adequate but sound currency.

There are the lines of attack. I shall presently urge upon a new Congress in special session detailed measures for their fulfillment, and I shall seek the immediate assistance of the several States. Through this program of action we address ourselves to putting our own national house in order and making income balance outgo. Our international trade relations, though vastly important, are in point of time and necessity secondary to the establishment of a sound national economy. I favor as a practical policy the putting of first things first. I shall spare no effort to restore world trade by international economic readjustment, but the emergency at home cannot wait on that accomplishment.

The basic thought that guides these specific means of national recovery is not narrowly nationalistic. It is the insistence, as a first consideration, upon the interdependence of the various elements in all parts of the United States-a recognition of the old and permanently important manifestation of the American spirit of the pioneer. It is the way to recovery. It is the immediate way. It is the strongest assurance that the recovery will endure.
In the field of world policy I would dedicate this Nation to the policy of the good neighbor-the neighbor who resolutely respects himself and, because he does so, respects the rights of others-the neighbor who respects his obligations and respects the sanctity of his agreements in and with a world of neighbors.

If I read the temper of our people correctly, we now realize as we have never realized before our interdependence on each other; that we can not merely take but we must give as well; that if we are to go forward, we must move as a trained and loyal army willing to sacrifice for the good of a common discipline, because without such discipline no progress is made, no leadership becomes effective. We are, I know, ready and willing to submit our lives and property to such discipline, because it makes possible a leadership which aims at a larger good. This I propose to offer, pledging that the larger purposes will bind upon us all as a sacred obligation with a unity of duty hitherto evoked only in time of armed strife.

With this pledge taken, I assume unhesitatingly the leadership of this great army of our people dedicated to a disciplined attack upon our common problems. Action in this image and to this end is feasible under the form of government which we have inherited from our ancestors. Our Constitution is so simple and practical that it is possible always to meet extraordinary needs by changes in emphasis and arrangement without loss of essential form. That is why our constitutional system has proved itself the most superbly enduring political mechanism the modern world has produced. It has met every stress of vast expansion of territory, of foreign wars, of bitter internal strife, of world relations.

It is to be hoped that the normal balance of executive and legislative authority may be wholly adequate to meet the unprecedented task before us. But it may be that an unprecedented demand and need for undelayed action may call for temporary departure from that normal balance of public procedure. I am prepared under my constitutional duty to recommend the measures that a stricken nation in the midst of a stricken world may require. These measures, or such other measures as the Congress may build out of its experience and wisdom, I shall seek, within my constitutional authority, to bring to speedy adoption.

But in the event that the Congress shall fail to take one of these two courses, and in the event that the national emergency is still critical, I shall not evade the clear course of duty that will then confront me. I shall ask the Congress for the one remaining instrument to meet the crisis-broad Executive power to wage a war against the emergency, as great as the power that would be given to me if we were in fact invaded by a foreign foe.
For the trust reposed in me I will return the courage and the devotion that befit the time. I can do no less.
We face the arduous days that lie before us in the warm courage of the national unity; with the clear consciousness of seeking old and precious moral values; with the clean satisfaction that comes from the stern performance of duty by old and young alike. We aim at the assurance of a rounded and permanent national life.
We do not distrust the future of essential democracy. The people of the United States have not failed. In their need they have registered a mandate that they want direct, vigorous action. They have asked for discipline and direction under leadership. They have made me the present instrument of their wishes. In the spirit of the gift I take it. In this dedication of a Nation we humbly ask the blessing of God. May He protect each and every one of us. May He guide me in the days to come.

It was a fantastic speech! Kwa kweli nikisoma hii hotuba hadi mapigo ya moyo yanaenda kasi.
But,tofauti na hapa kwetu Franklin Roosevelt aliishi na kutenda kulingana na hii speech jambo ambalo kwa viongozi wetu waliopita na wa sasa ni tofauti.Labda Movement zetu tunazoanza na ukombozi ujao ubadilishe hii kasumba.

Alichofanya sasa Roosevelt ni Ku "WALK THE TALK"

Alianza kuwa na Vision na kuona kuna changes zinazotakiwa.


Natamani na nilivutiwa sana kufuatilia historia ya taifa la Marekani mpaka leo hii kuwa super power.Kwa kweli Roosevelt na timu yake ya wanauchumi kama akina Sir Alfred Marshal waliifanyia marekani kazi kubwa sana.

Tanzania can be an economic superpower in Africa if it will keep its priorities right and create a structure that enables its citizens to be productive and self sufficient.

We have become dependent because of fear of executing the right thing, fear of saying the right thing. We are no longer motivated and do not think of any creative ways to boost morale in production.

We have ended up surrendereing to external grants and loans and imortation of foreign investments.

Our poverty levels are raising and it is due to bad policies and lack of accountability from the Government and rulling party.

If the leaders are lacking vision, are lazy, are looking for easy ways to make money, are corrupt, inneficient, unaccountable and have no morals or ethics, how do you expect to have followers (nation) that is self disciplined?

Charity begins at home, and our home is on our leadership.

Only when we have good governance and accountability, then we will see our dream become reality. Our nation will prosper!

Ukimsoma Roosevelt, hata Marekani walisitisha kujenga interest za foreign investment, wakaweka mkazo kwenye kuinua uchumi kwa mikono yao kutumia maarifa na juhudi na si kutegema "saidia maskini"

Tumeridhika na umasikini kiasi kwamba tumekuwa vipofu. Suluhisho lake ni kuwa na AGANO JIPYA la Utaifa. Tuiangalie Katiba yetu na Azimio la Arusha na kuoanisha malengo na yale yanayotupa nguvu kama Taifa.

Tulipoimba "sisi tunataka kuuwasha mwenge", haukuwa mwenge wa kuwaka mafuta tuu, bali ilikuwa ndiyo tamko rasmi la kujijenga kama Taifa huru!

Kwa kweli kati ya vitu vinavyonitia huzuni ni woga ambao watanzania walio wengi tumekua nao.Nikiangalia case mbalimbali za kifisadi kama za Ballali watu walipiga kelele hadi Jk alipoona hali inakua mbaya akamtoa,sasa kuna hawa wakubwa zake ambao kwa nafasi zao moja kwa moja wanatakiwa wawajibike kama akina Mramba na Mgonja.Sasa kwa sababu ya woga wa watanzania wengi tunashindwa kushikilia na kuanzisha kampeni za kuwawajibisha au kumlazimisha rais awawajibishe.


Unajua Taifa kama la Marekani,wananchi wake walianza kuwa na ujasiri wa kutaka mabadiliko na hasa ya kiuchumi,kwa hiyo ilikua ngumu kwa Mmmarekani kuvumilia utovu wowote wa nidhamu uliokua na kila dalili ya kuhujumu uchumi wanchi yao ilihali wao wanataka kupiga hatua mbele.

One of the things we need to do as society is to rescue Watanzania from fear. CCM has been ruling using threats and fear as a way and means to justify its existance and credibility.

What took place in Monduli and so is Bariadi, tells me that CCM is buying souls using threats and planting fears and capitalizing on poverty to justify that CCM is the only party that can lead Watanzania from poverty.

When I wrote CCM Pambalama, I was advocating for CCM to split so that "upinzani makini" should have emerged. However I think it was wrong for me to assume that if CCM will split into two factions, Tanzania will be better.

No we do not need CCM at all. I will send my apologies to wazee wangu wa Chama, kina Warioba, Salim, Malecela and others by stating that CCM ni Mzizi wa Umasikini na Unyonge wa Tanzania na Mtanzania!

Hili agano jipya nalo liongeze mipaka na si kupiga ufisadi pekee, bali ni kumkomboa Mtanzania kutoka makucha na uanaharamu unaofanywa na CCM.

Ugonjwa wa kutumia vitisho si lazima uwe umetoka Chimwaga, Lumumba au Kisiwandui, bali ni tabia iliyojijenga kwa nguvu sana vijijini na katika Mitaa kwa wale viongozi wa ngazi za chini wa CCM kutumia ubabe na vitisho kushurtisha wananchi wakubaliane na CCM hata pale inapoonekana wazi kuwa CCM imekosea.

Naomba nijinikuu kwa majibu yangu kwa Mkandara kuonyesha ni jinsi gani huko kwenye ngazi za chini vitisho na rushwa vimetumika kujenga woga na hata kununua kura ili mradi CCM iendelee kushika hatamu!

Mwenyekiti wa Kijiji na yule wa tawi la CCM pale kijijini, wakiandamana na katibu tarafa wanakuja pitisha harambee ya kutaka kondoo, kuku, mbuzi, ngombe, mchele, mkungu wa ndizi ili kuandamana kwenda Nansio kumpokea Mbunge wenu Msekwa/Mongella kwa kurejea nyumbani baada ya kujiuzulu kwa tuhuma.

Wewe si CCM, ni independent au tuseme ni Chadema, CUF au DP. Unakataa kutoa "mchango" huu wa sherehe. Tuseme kukataa kwako hakuhusiana hata chembe kuwa wewe si Mwana CCM au ni hukumu yako juu ya Mbunge wako, bali ni utashi kuwa hutaki changia.

Wanakukalisha kikao na kuanza kukuchimba mkwara na vitisho;

Pumping up my fist like Sarafina, listening to Zombie by Fela after my prayer above, I have made pact with myslef for a new convenant to rescue Tanzania from the hands of killers who are lyinching us on day light.

As you most of you have seen I started the topic for Focus 2010 and Chadema must Reform as to create a dialogue of great minds (both for and opposing) in searching for means and way to bring true changes for our country and not dwelling on costmetic appearance.

I am calling for all those who are ready to join me in my journey to save our nation to be active participants of several innitiatives that I will be working on to empower Tanzanians (some of you we have already spoke about this).

Yes, my emotions on my prayer above are true, my anger is deeper than Lake Tanganyika, I am tired to be played like a yo-yo or some toy, while I have all the blessings from the Mighty God.

Some of innitiatives that I would like to work on are New Constitution for URT, Muungano, revisiting Azimio la Arusha,Freedom of press, revisiting MKUKUTA and VISION 2025 and Volunteerism.

The priority is on Katiba. For those who will be interested, please send me a PM and we will pick it up from there. The door is open for serious folks of all minds, whether is CCM, Chadema, CUF or Independents.

This project will be for the benefit of Mtanzania and taifa and not tied to one political party.

This is my new convenant in fighting Ujinga, Maradhi na Umasikini. Ni agano jipya la kumrudishia kila Mtanzania matumaini kuwa hatujakwama Jangwani tukisubiri Mana kutoka mbinguni.
