It all depends but some we made it though it took like 15 year but its possible to marry your first love.

Its wonderful and a life time experience when you marry your first love.

Most people do not marry their first love do to some reasons one being that when they met they never meant to be serious or they were just hanging out and that was love with no string but if you meet after a long friendship and at a good age like 17 to 20yrs upwards you might make the best decision and find yourself getting married to her/him.
