Nimekuwa nikipitia uzi mbalimbali huku JF, pamoja na majarida mengine mbalimbali mitandaoni, na kugundua kuwa kuna utofauti mkubwa sana kati ya developers au tech companies inapofika kipindi cha kuthaminisha kazi inayoletwa na mteja. Hi ni moja ya sababu inayochangia kutokukua kwa hii industry yetu.

Wengi wetu ni mashahidi hata hapa JF, tumekuwa tukiona baadhi ya matangazo, mtu anatoa offer ya kutengeza mfumo hadi kwa Tsh 100,000/= ( Laki Moja Tu ), ambapo mfumo huo huo ( Similar Idea ), ukienda kwa kampuni nyingine, ata kuqoute 10M, 30M, 60M, au hata 200M+ . Mifano iko mingi na sio kwa upande wa software developement industry peke yake, kuna design, graphic etc. Ni juzi tu tumeona report ya CAG ikisema LOGO ya TPB ( Tanzania Postal Bank ), ilitengenezwa kwa zaid ya 400M ( Milioni Mia nne ), lakini naamini kuna watu wangefuatwa wangeweza ku-qoute hadi 50,000/= kwa Logo ya kiwango kile kile iliyotengenezwa.

Jukwaa hili linapitiwa na watu mbali mbali, wengi wetu wa industry ya tech na nyinginezo pia, wewe kama developer, designer au mdau wa maswala ya technolojia, kwa uzoefu wako, tuambie unatumia vigezo vipi kuthamini gharama za kazi yako, pale mteja anapokuletea kazi.

Tusaidiena mawazo ili kuboresha uwiano wa bei za kazi zetu, ili kusaidia kukuza industry ya technolojia ndani ya nchi yetu .!

3. Service Charges - Je kuna gharama nyingine kama hosting au kusafiri itahitajika? Hizo gharama nahakikisha nazifahamu na kupiga hesabu zake kabla sijaongeza gharama zangu za per hour (2nd point above)

4. Publicity - I always have room for discounts depending na kazi ninayofanya inaweza niletea wateja wengine kiasi gani.

5. Number of clients - Nina clients wangapi. Wakiwa wengi napunguza bei. Kwasasa na pata clients wengi sana mpaka nazikataa kazi zingine.

Clients wengi napata kutoka mtandao wa freelancing unaitwa www.ajiras.com

Kwa mfano, ndani ya wiki mbili nimepata wateja kadhaa kutoka Marekani, Tanzania, Switzerland na Turkey. Ambapo nimeingiza laki 8 na kitu baada ya makato ya 10% ya mtandao wa ajiras.

Actually I have a company, still growing so kwa sasa every penny from company na reinvest. So nafanya freelancing kwa hela ya matumizi na ujenzi.

Unajua shida ya kupata mtaji bongo. Kwa hiyo badala ya kukaa kusubiri mtaji nafanya freelancing. Kuajiriwa is not an option maana nakosa muda ya kuendesha/kukuza kampuni.

1. Kama siyo reusable kuwa hainisaidii kwenye other project au siwezi kuiuza tena then price inakuwa kubwa zaidi.

Umeongelea kuhusu mda ( 2nd Point ), vip kuhusu ubora wa kazi .! Kwako sio la muhimu .?
Ubora katika kazi zetu imekuwa ni moja ya factor kubwa sana inayofanya uwiano kutokuwa sawa .!
Quality ya kazi yangu ni constant. Always making sure it's the best it can be. Reputation ni muhimu. Na kwa kuwa na experience nzuri ya muda mrefu, naweza fanya kazi nzuri kwa muda mfupi.

Unless client azingue sana, najitahidi ku provide the highest quality as possible.

Hii inasaidia sana haswa kwenye www.ajiras.com maana client anaweza kuacha review ya kazi niliyo mfanyia. Nikizingua ataacha review mbaya ambayo ita impact reputation kwenye profile page na pia itanipunguzia wateja.

Quality Nzuri = Good Review = Good Reputation = More Clients = More Money

So time is almost always constant. Ita depends haswa na features na complexity of the work.

Sometimes, muda unakuwa ishu pale unapokutana na client msumbufu.

Unakuta bado watu wanalalamika serikali inatoa projects zifanywe na makampuni ya nje au investors na kuwaacha wazawa afu bado pia kuna wananchi wasiothamini hata uwezo wa watanzania wenzao kama ww.

Mbona bongo kuna developers wengi tu na wazuri, hao wahindi watoa tutorials sio kwamba wako vizuri saana zaidi yetu, sema tu hamtuamini, na kama ukizinguliwa na script kiddie mmoja we unadhan bongo developers wote tuko hivo, but mtaona tu umuhimu wetu in the near future.

Coz watu wengi wanatamani kuwa na hizi systems lkn bei ndo huwa tatizo

Sema makampuni mengi ya kibongo yanayotengenezewa systems mara nyingi hayazitumii cjui kwa nini.

Sasa unakuta kijana mdogo tu ni developers mzuri, lakini mteja anadharau kuwa kijana kama huyo hawezi kumqoute pesa yote hiyo, kwa iyo bora kwenda india kutafuta mtu amfanyie for the same price or even higher.!

Hii nimeona sehem nyingu sana, na ni moja ya mambo nimekuwa nikiyaepuka kufanya, open source project ni kwa ajili ya kupata general idea na structure then baada ya hapi tumia uelewa wako wa biashara kuhakikisha platform inafanya kazi kutokana na matakwa ya mteja

Mtu hawezi fikiria kwamba hio template iliotengenezewa lets say India imeundwa kukidhi mahitaji ya nature ya biashara za huko India, sasa akimletea mtu wa bongo inakua ngumu sana kuimaster coz nature ya biashara yake ni tofauti na jinsi system ilivyokua designed mwisho wa siku mtumiaji anaamua tu kuacha kuitumia.

Yes, wavivu alafu kuwapata shida. Sasa https://ajiras.com is exactly like fiverr. Itasaidia sana kwenye ishu za kujiajiri na kufanya projects. Ila bado watanzania uwelewa mdogo wa mswala ya freelancing na kujiajiri. wengi wanakimbilia kuajiriwa wakidhani ni bora kuliko freelancing.

Tukiweza itumia ajiras vizuri, tutapunguza tatizo la ukosefu wa ajiras. Records zinaonyesha Marekani sasa hivi 39% of people ni freelancers. Ina tegemewa kukuwa to 43% by 2025.

Mimi kwa mfano, wateja wengi niiyowapata from ajiras wanatokea Marekani, Zurich (Switzerland) na Turkey. Tanzania bado wanataka mambo ya cash na uso kwa uso.
