2. Medical Specialist Paediatrics- (1)

3. Medical Specialist - Internal Medicine / Physician – (1)

4. Medical Specialist – Anaesthesia (3)

applicants should be competent in running Pain Clinic. Teaching and supervision of Medical Officers and Nurse Anesthetists. Main purpose of the job: To handle Anaesthetic management of all cases (routine and emergency) (General Surgery, Orthopaedic, Pediatric, Neonatal Thoracic, ENT, Eye, Dental Maxillofacial and Obstetrics and Genecology); and of critical ill patients in Intensive Care Unit. Trauma Management and Life Support, experience in Invasive Techniques, Ventilators and Monitors.

5. Medical Specialist ENT – (1)

8. Public Health Specialist-(6)

Nadhani pinda anafanya kazi ngumu kuliko inayooneakana. Kwa maelezo ya Pinda wakati wa kuafikiana na doctors aliwaondoa hao kwasababu wanaonekana ndio chanzo cha mgogoro... waliobaki anamwachia mkuu akirudi atajua chakufanya..

Swali; alikua na mawasiliano na mkuu wake wa kazi kabla hajafanya maamuzi na kutoa ahadi? Au alifanya maamuzi magumu ambayo mkuu wake hakuridhika nayo na sasa anatakiwa kufanya maamuzi tofauti? Au aliamua kuwadanganya ili warudi kazini halafu wajipange kama alivyosema?

Wakati nasoma elimu yangu ya Olevel nilisoma kitabu kimoja cha kiswahili cha kusadikika ambacho kilikuwa kinamsungumzia mkuu wao wa nchi ambaye alijulikana kama JUHA, nazidi kuamini kuwa hiyo nchi ipo na ina viongozi wa aina hii maana huwezikuniambia kiongozi mwenye wadhifa mkubwa kama pm una2ambia eti tunasubiri tuone litakalotokea badala ya kukabiliana nalo kabla halijatokea, inamaana hapo katufundisha bora tiba kuliko kinga. Kwakweli naisikitikia Tz kwa suala zima la kuchagua viongozi wameshindwa na wameumia kwani yote haya yanasababishwa na uteuzi mbaya wa viongozi na kufuata mkumbo
