Mimi nilishapost idea kama hii ila kichonishinda how to be paid na users wanaoitumia hii system. Post yangu ilikuwa kama ifuatayo:
"Habari wa JF kama kichwa cha habari kinavyojielezea , nimetengeneza website ambayo utaweka information zako na then utalipia kwa huduma ya kuunganishwa na muhusika ambaye atakata kubadilisha vituo vya kazi."

Looks like most people here suffer from this

"The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which relatively unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their ability to be much higher than it really is. Look, i am not saying this is hard, i am not out here claiming it is easy either, but the reaction of some of you here, saying oh its a one week project blah blah is appalling. Don't talk, go out and come back with the project in one week, everything else is just talk. As far as i know, even a normal website is hard to do in one week if you're not downloading a template, specs always change once you start writing the code, what i am saying is that, one week is a stretch.

Wazo zuri ila linatakiwa kua implemented na serikali aka wizara ya kazi. Watu wa IT wanaweza kushauri serikali hivyo. Kwa sababu nahisi hiyo database itahitaji kua 'merged' na nyingine ambazo tayari zipo in place.
Mfano kama kuna database ya wafanyakazi wote nchini na mtu anataka kuhamia Dodoma inabidi Dodoma paangaliwe kama kuna hiyo nafasi, au kama kuna mtu anataka kuhama Dodoma. Hapo itakua cebtralized system na itaserve purpose zaidi ya moja.

If you think nawavunja moyo then maybe you're in the wrong forum or you just don't understand how things work. I have worked on so many projects where some kid would just say 'yeah, hii sio shida, just one day thing' then you come next week he's still struggling, its called reality.

You don't just make a production ready system in a week, so many things keep changing, logic may escape you for the whole day and you spend the whole day staring at the window or cursing. only to find that you just made a small error in judgement, those who have developed real stuff understand this, those who have never will always come up with those crazy claims like "i can do this in one week".

NB: I never said anything along the complex solution/simple solutions lines, i don't know where you got that from.

Mkuu kwani mtu anapotaka kubadilisha na mtu kituo anakuwa ameshapesha barua na mwajiri wake au paka hakubaliane na anayetaka kubadilshana nae kituo?
