TEACOLTD Kwanza hongera kwa kuwa na ujasiri wa kuleta uzi huu maana sio viongozi wanaoongoza/simamia sekta ya elimu wala serikali kuu ilishawahi kukiri kuwa tuna tatizo la walimu wenye uweledi na kuwa na mkakati makhsusi wa kulitatua tatizo hilo.
Kimsingi yote uliosema ni kweli though naona Kuna simbilisi wanao comment kwa hoja zisizo na mashiko na nadhani ni kwasababu tu na wenyewe ama ndugu zao wamenufaika na huo mfumo ambao umetufikisha hapa kitaaluma.
Pili ualimu kama ilivyo kazi nyingine kama upolisi, jeshi hazichukuliwi serious na ndio imepelekea watu kuona hizi ni kazi za watu waliofeli, au kupata ufaulu duni hizi ndio kimbilio lao (kwa walimu wadau wameonyesha ufaulu na wako wanasoma wapi) Tatizo hili linaanzia primary huko ni zaidi ya time bomb watoto wanamaliza darasa la saba hawajui kusoma na kuandika but education system haijali, serikali ina focus kwenye enrolments, utawasikia tumevuka lengo la kuandikisha kwa 85% but does it make sense anyway! If at all these students finish std 7 and can't read and write! In 7yrs neither teachers themselves nor wasimamizi wa elimu has clue on what is going on! Halafu eti baada ya matokeo ya mitihani unakuja kutuambia watoto wameandika kat uni! !!!!!!
Hawa walimu wa shule za msingi hawawezi hata kufaulu ule mitihani wa darasa la saba kama ukiwapa wafanye sasa wanamfundisha nani? Hivyo Hivyo secondary wachukue walimu wa O-level wafanye mitihani wa kidato cha pili uone matokeo yake

Elimu ni sekta ambayo inaelekea kuzimu TZ na si kwa bahati mbaya lakini ni matokeo ya makusudi ya serikali. Huwezi kuwa na serikali dhalimu iliyokosa hata haya , kama mtakumbuka awamu ya 4 pale watoto 60% walipofeli baada ya ku-acknowledge tatizo na kutafuta ufumbuzi serikali hatua iliyochukua ni ku-standardise matokeo ili tu kuwafool watanzania. Na IJULIKANE ni hao hao failures ndio waliobadilishiwa ufaulu na hatimae kuendelea na masoma na Leo/kesho ndio walimu so obvious mjinga atamfundisha mjinga mwenzake and we all know what will be the outcome!.
Leo mijadala mingi inajadili uwezo wa graduates wa Kitanzania(not only teachers) Kwamba hawana uwezo hata wa kujieleza wachilia mbali uwezo wa ku-deliver katika shughuli zao, the reasons ni kwamba Hawa si wengine ila ni matokeo ya huu huu uozo ambao for years umekua ukiendelea.
Ikumbukwe every child/person has the capacity to learn be it quicker or slow leaner it doesn't matter but it's upon the teacher to be able to;
1. Understand what he/she is supposed to teach (be conversant on the subject matter)
2. Be able to navigate that the class understand what he/she is teaching (teach-measure and evaluate)
3. Be warm, accessible enthusiastic and caring as it will open the desire for the students to ask where they don't understand
4. Set high expectations for all students
5. Inspire the students with his/her passion for education and for the course materials and constantly renews herself/himself as a professional on his/her quest in provide students with the highest quality education possible
6. Be able to "shift gear" -flexibility when a lesson isn't working. This kind of a teacher assesses his/her teaching throughout the lessons and finds new ways to present materials to make sure that every student understands the key concepts.
