Nimekuwa ninajiuliza kwa muda mrefu ni sababu zipi zinazopelekea kiongozi kujipachika title la elimu la bandia? Hii ikanipelekea kufanya kautafiti kadogo kuona viongozi wa nchi zingine hali ipoje nilichogunduaa hali ipo tofauti sana.Nchi za wenzetu viongozi wao ni very honest kama hajasoma sana inaonekana kwenye CV yake na kama kasoma sana pia inaonekaana kwenye CV yakee na wala sio kwenye jina lake. Hii ni tofauti kubwa na hapa kwetu yaani hata kama kaipata kwa kuungaunga bado anaibandika kwenye jina lake na kila jina lake linapotajwa bila kuweka title yake yaa elimu anakasirika na kuchukia.
Hata kama Titles zao hazina tija kwa taifa lakini wanazishupalia.

Brown underwent experimental surgery at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and his right eye was saved.[28] Brown graduated from Edinburgh with First Class Honours MA in history in 1972, and stayed on to complete his PhD in history (which he gained ten years later in 1982), titled The Labour Party and Political Change in Scotland 1918–29.[29][30] In 1972, while still a student, Brown was elected Rector of the University of Edinburgh, the convener of the University Court.[31] He served as Rector until 1975, and also edited the document The Red Paper on Scotland.[3
