my sincere advice is that ... stick to professional practice ... once you won the tender and awarded a contract fulfill what is actual on contract docs ... conditions, drawings, BOQ and specs ... dont twist anything intentionally in return of high profits, do not inflate rates, do not improvise specified building materials (uchakachuaji) and lastly do not temper with Advance payments when certified ... teh teh teh
dont be shy or hesitate to seek professional advice once any matter may arise ... design a good company management style
