In the minds of CCM centra committee members Vita vya Chenge & Co against Samwel Sitta & Co would obviously cement internal division had either camp won. This perception or call it fear of politics of intimidation and revenge within CCM benefit less politically vocal candidates who, by default, happened to be women. For it weighs difficult for cc to directly associate them to a particular faction; therefore, cc can in principle convince itself that the will-be elected CCM speaker is at least as impartial as it can be established. If my assertion above is correct, I'm afraid CCM is on a self-destruction mode because electing neutral paliament speaker doesn't disolve fighting factions. CCM central committe needs to identify, confront, and punish the shit-disturbers instead of covering them up and in process purnishing members of good will.
I think, for the good of CCM and the country as a whole, CCM elected members of parliament have all the good reason to vote for Marando or anyone from opposition. It is left for wapiganaji to rescue CCM from becoming a defunct because a speaker from opposition is likely to bring on issues that are likely to filter out the goods and the bads within CCM, and when this happens CCM will either resolve internal differences or have mafisadi resign or defect to another party at the expenses of public disgrace.
