The minister of minerals, Doto Biteko and Selemani Jafo, the minister of state(union and environment) have had an honor to be confered with a Philosophy of Doctorate (PhD) degree at the University of Dodoma (UDOM)
The two amongst 42 graduates were confered with the most revered degree level at University's twelfth ceremonial graduation in the Chimwaga hall yesterday, 16 December 6.
Doto and Jaffo were rendered upon the degree by the University's chancellor Dr. Stergomena Tax who collaterally serves the country as the minister for defense and national service.

Waziri wa madini, Dotto Biteko na Selemani Jaffo ambaye ni waziri katika ofisi ya Rais Muungano na Mazingira wametunukiwa shahada ya uzamivu (Phd) katika chuo kikuu cha Dodoma, UDOM.
Mawaziri hao kati ya wahitimu 42 wametunukiwa shahada hizo katika mahafali ya 12 ya chuo hicho yaliyofanyika katika ukumbi wa Chimwaga jana Alhamis 16 Disemba 2021
Mkuu wa Chuo hicho Dkt. Stergomena Tax ambaye pia ni waziri wa ulinzi ndiye aliyewatunuku shahada hizo.
