The problem is it seems that politics had penetrated within TISS itself.
And this has caused them to be misused by politician from ccm all in the name of uzalendo. I know they are patriots but they should avoid to be used for political agendas.

The first and foremost duty of any Intelligence agency all over the World is to make sure that the State continues to exist as a sovereign and that the Interests of that State comes before the Interests of Individuals, entities or other States.

So it is a taboo forexample for an Intelligence agency to be used by individuals for their own interests such as political or economical at the expense of the whole nation!.

When an Intelligence agency fails forexample to thwart what seems as a massive vote rigging in the by elections, or fail to thwart an assasination attempt of the notable member of the parliament of the opposition party

When the Intelligence agency fails to foresee the implications of the nation entering contracts that are essentially a graveyard for the economic prosperity and economic independence

When an Intelligence agency fails to critically pass through the bills before they are brought to the parliament and after and then to check objectively whether they are beneficial to the state or are just a maneuvering tactic of a certain political party to continue holding onto power regardless.

Then at this juncture of deep thinking it makes you wonder whether this Intelligence agency is real for the STATE or just for some few people who have decided to protect their power by any means necessary!

There is no a Sacred thing in any state as the People's Vote!. If you can't protect the vote of your people which is their ultimate voice then not only that you have lost legitimacy to preside over the interests of State but you are betraying the very same State you are supposed to protect!.

I will ask you one question, what is more sacred to an intelligence agency, To See all political bullying, unconstitutional and illegal means of running some affairs in the State and stay mum and shrug it off or just Intervene and let power that is to be invested in people at all level of governance trul y come from the people in the fair electoral processes?

Anywhere in the world , It is a shame when an Intelligence agency becomes a political tool for politicians to gain an upper hand over the opponents, while the matter of fact is all politicians are children of the same nation, A nation whose interests are beyond any individual or political party!

Until when Intelligence agencies work for the State and not Individuals then that is when these States makes giant steps towards developments!
