I don't know how to put this in such a way that it would not be seen like some kind of condescending... YOU are attempt to mix sms, internet, computer technology in a massive election such as hours without ever testing it in a serious of election will result to chaos, and ultimately you will ruin THE ELECTION. I would suggest that technology should be very limited and where it is used you should have a manual back up system in place.

Just a friendly reminder.. on the other hand I hope it will run smoothly..
 
Definately, you cant deploy a system without testing it and declare it will be in full swing.

They should test it in other elections before telling us they will use it in the coming elections.

They know what is their aim.

Tanzania ni nchi corrupt.

Mifumo yenyewe ya computer ni mibovu. Mfano mdogo tu. Jaribio la wanafunzi kutegemea kupata taarifa za walikopangiwa kupitia mifumo ya computer ya TCU limefeli vibaya. Wanafunzi wana haha kupata matokeo kwa utaratibu waliozoea wa kufungua tovuti za vyuo husika. Lakini kabla WALIDANGANYWA kwamba wangepata taarifa kwa njia ya email.

Ni aibu kubwa kwamba server inashindwa kuhudumia wanafunzi 100 kwa wakati mmoja. Server ya facebook inaweza kuhudumia mamilioni ya watu duniani kwa wakati mmoja.

Waseme tu ukweli. Hiyo ni dili nyingine wamepeana. UFISADI. Kununua server za mafungu kwa mamilioni ya shilingi. Kutoa tenda ya huduma ya SMS kwa kampuni zao za mifukoni.

HILI NALO HALITAFANIKIWA!!!

NEC should not at any time play with our constitutional rights for a just and fair election outcome.........................

Kinachonitisha ni kuhusu hao IT experts wa NEC, ghafla hivyo wametoka wapi? Mbona hata website ya NEC ni kichekesho?

are you sure that judge lewis makame nad hon kiravu are computer literate and conversant with it? Otherwise your piece of advice will fal on deaf ears.

They are testing a gun in the war zone. ICTs are part of MDG 8, thus they want to impress UN without thinking of the consequences of employing a technology without testing and seeing if it is needed.

They are doing it purposely ili baadae waseme technology ilikuwa mpya ndo maana imeshindwa kufanya kazi vizuri. Hata ukimchukua learner wa mambo ya IT anajua kuwa kuna kitu kinaitwa user acceptance testing (UAT) kabla hujaenda live. Inakuwaje NEC wakubali mambo kienyeji enyeji. Hii nchi kila mtu anafanya mambo kienyeji. Inatakiwa overhaul ya system maana kuna watu tumewapa madaraka na hawajui wanachokifanya.

nakuomba upitie pale magomeni ukachukue kofia ya mnajimu yahya! a little side-note, i think nec ruined this election intentionaly and knowingly by deploying never-tested-before systems with a lot of security flaws so that their IT fanatics get to intercept the process,
 
Unajua vitu hivi havihitaji unajibu wa aina yoyote ile. Inahitaji muda kidogo tu kufikiria na kujaribu kuona mbele.
