Baada ya Hellow kupata access ya mawasiliano Ndio Bell alivyo mpigia alianza kwa kumuita Hellow.

Kumuita mtu Jina lake kabla ya kuanza mazungumzo husaidia kutoa umakini kwa msikilizaji.
Hivyo ndio maana Bell alianza kwa kuita Jina la mchumba.

Kwa mfano wewe kiboboso ukiongea na tigonyeupe utaanza kwa kumuita Jina tigonyeupe lengo akusikilize kwa makini.
