Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said this Saturday in a press conference that his contract at Real Madrid runs until June 2022 and he will not ask for a new contract when those of Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric and Lucas Vazquez end earlier.
The French coach spoke about his future at Real and at the moment, it seems like he is only focussed on the current season and the trip to Eibar.
"I've a contract until 2022 and I'm not going to ask anything. I'm going to keep on working, I'm happy to be at this great club. Every time I'm lucky to be able to say that I'm happy to be at the best club in the world. I hope the rest of the players (whose contracts end this season) stay and that's it," he explained.
In addition, the Frenchman also spoke about Eibar and warned of the difficulty of the match against the Basques: "I'm sure Eibar will give it their all and we are going to try and continue doing the same. It's another opportunity to show what we are as a team. Tomorrow's match is going to be very important. We have the impression that we are doing better, that it's not going to be an easy match. It's going to be very difficult and we'll have to be at our best."
