Countries are ranked highest to lowest national IQ score.

Interesting,why would China have a lower IQ than Taiwan or Japan?

Cos the quality of life and the environment also do impact on the pipo's levels of intelligence.
The standard of life in both Taiwan and Japan are much higher than that in china. And nearly the entire population in both countries enjoy that quality of life; while in China, only a small portion of the population enjoy similar standard of life.
The vast majority of the Chinese are poor. Many are simple peasants working on farmlands in the almost remote rural lands or in factories where their basic rights are violated.

The Japanese and Taiwanese on the other hand, apart from the good quality life they enjoy, they also have better education and much more freedom (freedom, in all its form, ie of expression or access to information etc) over the years since the end of WW2.
There4, the Tainawese (whatever's their demonym),sKorean and japan have evolved better intellectually.

The average IQ of the nKoreans should be similar to that of China (my guess), it cant be true that they have the lowest iq in the world. And the indexers havent alluded to any of that as some of u here seem to foolishly think.

This isnt a ploy by the west to belittle and shame the nKoreans, for it isnt the only country they are in bad terms with. Look at Iran or Zimbabwe. Why would they pick on that tiny, poor country and spare the land of one mr. Putin who they so love to loathe?
(BTW, is blaming the west for everything the fashion these days?)

NKorea is a reclusive country that rarely ever share any such data. Not much is known about that country.

...Actually, the Chinese are at par with their sisters. Quality of life and good education contribute very little in IQ.

Ukienda jangwa la kalahari na kumpima bushman kutumia standardized test iliyotungwa kwa ajili ya watu wa Jo'burg ataonekana IQ yake ni ndogo. Lakini mtu wa mjini akiachwa jangwani Kalahari hatamaliza hata siku moja atakufa kwa sababu IQ yake (uwezo na wepesi wa kutatua tatizo - yani kujikimu jangwani) ni ndogo sana kulingana na yule bushman.
