Additional service and windscreen cleaning must be evaluated positively as long as the attendant hasnā€™t wished the mystery shopper goodbye / farewell.
Full uniform includes the attendant wearing a name badge
The mystery shopper is required to give detailed comments if you answer NO to anything
Forecourt attendants may not wear a Quick Shop uniform and vice versa.
Handwritten cards strung over the neck with tape or string are NOT a replacement for staff name badges
