Prolonged exposure to the same work environment can breed stagnation and limit professional growth.
Working with the same colleagues for extended periods can lead to ingrained stereotypes and biases, hindering the ability to recognize individual potential and value diverse perspectives. Additionally, the comfort and familiarity of established routines can foster complacency and impede innovation.

Stepping outside familiar surroundings can reignite passion and unlock untapped potential.
Introducing new colleagues, challenges, and environments into your professional life can serve as a powerful catalyst for change. These novel experiences can challenge preconceived notions, broaden perspectives, and reignite the spark of intrinsic motivation. By engaging with different viewpoints and tackling fresh obstacles, you can rediscover your original purpose and unlock hidden talents you never knew you possessed.

Consider a periodic "professional reset" for a boost in performance and fulfillment.
Just like a phone that benefits from an occasional factory reset, your career can flourish from periodic renewal. Embracing new opportunities, expanding your network, and venturing into uncharted territory can revitalize your professional life, leading to increased performance, a renewed sense of ownership, and a deeper sense of fulfillment in your work.

The fact over facts... It's true that remaining within the same area with the same workers as well as not being in other areas such touring for the puporse of gaining new experience can lead an individual to be in a comfort zone where he cannot think beyond.what matters much is that , an individual has to update his knowledge much as he can.. this will increase creativity

This is powerful!!
I wish to change my career!!!
Connections sasa !!! Mtihani.

He did not say to change ; he said about career development and self realization.

Public servants are stacked and sandwiched in a comfort zone that stands as their LIMITATION.

A person works for 15 years in a government entity same area, routinely, doing same things : by the time he wakes up from that state of mind , it is too late and in retirement

I worked for 8 years at OCEAN ROAD ; I couldn’t see myself excelling.

Applied for post graduate in Canada; After my graduation, said can’t go back doing the monkey see monkey do.

Currently I am working in a private institution
, Ottawa

Looking into my past : I made great decision

Conform zone is the greatest devil that is

It has killed lots of talents , most of them become aware when it is too late : it is sad but true

At their old age , they wonder how they did not make despite of the struggle and many years of public servants

The old age keep knocking: at their death bed , they do not know what to tell and what to do : the sin of comfort zone is transferred from parents to children and next generation

No one to break the circle

Monkey see monkey do

We should learn to do things out of our fear

It is the fear that blocks our mind to receive revelation and truth from unknown saint

Fear makes you think truth is a SCAM

Self realizations and professional growth as well as career development are minimal to most of the puvblc servants
