Unfortunately GSM supports the in office political party and government, I advice you to report the case to the ministry of international affairs and relations in your country so they can link with our ambassador in India

Its possible to unveil the veil off the GSM management and sue them independently.

Sir, Please advice whom to complaint official , GSM company unlawful terminated me and deported me India.

I have all valid permits to work. Mohammed Salah(CIO) robbed me mid night with some other guys like Lauma ( Marketing staff) and fake police. They came mid night 12 AM total 7 people with GSM car 888, took all my things and than took me airport.

My mobile number which is with my name from last 3 years +0684972055 taken by Mohammed Saleh, i am afraid he could use my number for some other crime in Dar es Salaam.

mobile was taken by him and i did not get paid even my salary.

My all home was robbed, as there are so many expats work in GSM MALLS without permits.

I need advice to write complaint about management who did this unlawful things to me and because of them i suffered.

Unfortunately your English is very poor, you are supposedly a highly educated Indian National, and employed i a managerial position. Who has been employed to go and a work in foreign land, where the mode of communication is either Kiswahili or English, i wonder how you could lead or communicate.

Secondly if you were a Senior employee with subordinates, and you still do not know the labour laws in the country you were working.

Did you register yourself at your country Embassy , did you approach them with your complains, Have you lodged your cimplain with the Tanzanian Embassy in Delhi.

Dear XYZ,, since you scare to open your identity, list down people whom i stole,, and pay my dues so if any one left i will pay for sure, i am open to talk and sort out if any issue still pending.

I have been ethically removed from company, not only me in last 6 months, East Africa Retail removed Deeepak, Anoop, Taurai now even CEO going. So all people can't be wrong. And list of removing ethically is long.

Can you beleive some staff went on vacation, and during vacation has been told you are terminated it happened with Taurai and Deepak,

Ndugu huyu hana kesi, na wala hataki kufuata sheria. Nimemueleza hizo njia angezipitia , ubalizi wao wange zungumza na FM wetu na kesi ingetatuliwa. Yeye anachotaka ni kuiabisha na kwajengea majungu GSM.
