Need to launch complaint against GSM GROUP

I want them to show some respects and clear all between us. Since i am in this forum, i just came to know in GSM company people have been told to go out to expats. They scare that labour and immigration can come.

Actually his wife was working under me who was earlier GM and screwed the business. Once business came on track they brought her back.
We have same salaries that is for sure she will stay and outsider out.
