If CCM plan is to be like India then I will rather say No to that. India despite its fantastic economic achievement has one of world biggest unequal income distribution the world has seen. Likewise, India has one the highest level of povertry in the world so do you mean Kikwete wants us to be like India then I will rather not vote for him!!! Find another example like China whereby you have largest ratio of population is middle income and you have an economy that is growing not like India whereby 70% are extremely poor and the rest are filthy rich!!!! sorry
