Good morning. Manchester United lost 3-0 to Everton in the worst game of the season and here are 10 things we learned from that game:
1. There was no heart in this game - when the heart is gone, so is the spirit. And so is a favourable result.
2. Falcao can return to Monaco knowing he's failed.
3. Wayne Rooney's ghost of Goodison still haunts him.
4. Fellaini forgot the philosophy - but it's understandable. Maybe SAF had a point when he left WR10 out saying it was too much!
5. At one time I thought LvG would bring in Victor Valdes... Don't kill me but... I thought it!
6. Everything went wrong, you just couldn't put your finger on it, but it went wrong.. The Spirit thing, maybe?
7. ADM7 should have been brought earlier on his passes were great and as expected, he impacted. He even assisted in the disallowed goal!
8. We miss Michael Carrick.
9. Daley Blind is a better left back than a Defensive Midfielder.
10. That defence. That defence... But Smalling did some good work there.
10.1 That's the Luke Shaw we bought.
10.2 Win, lose, draw. We all Support Manchester United
10.3 Rooney's injury was confirmed as a knee injury - we shall wait today or later this week to find out how bad it is. Arrrrgh
10.4 No Matter how much Vodka you take, you still must wake up to write '10 things' and remembering all that is still cause for a headache!
