I am asserting the currently available and commonly accepted body of science. Which by the way, is not infallible because as I have pointed out before, science is not about holding the holy grail of truth, rather, converging towards an empirically verifiable conclusion.

You have a shot at a Nobel if you could disprove the THEORY.

Just as there is no proof that 1 = 1 = 2, it is just a shorthand based on "number theory".

How does one arrive at that billion number for the transformation to take place?

The same way they tell you how long ago Gondwanaland existed, by using the current knowledge of rates of changes and running it backwards to put it simply.

With a lot of jumping hoops through all the technicalities of peer reviewed papers and books, researches etc, some of it is ongoing right this second.

And this is the key point. Not that the answers we have now are right or wrong.

For all we know the entire evolution brouhaha could be a huge cruel joke, or the timescale we have could be hugely distorted.

But the scientific process and it's self calibration, it's embrace of dissent and new voices, it meritocracy, it's humble honesty of admitting that it does not have all the answers, it's empiricism, is what attract me to it.

That even if science is wrong - or rather with gaps and inaccuracies-today, the general trend is that with time the wrongs will be corrected and it is converging towards a further calibrated worldview just as Einstein further calibrated Newton and Newton further calibrated Galileo.

Unlike religion, which is static, unchanging, dishonest, authoritative, top heavy and incapable of change and adaptation.

Like the changing bacteria, science can evolve to become a better organism that is more suited to face whatever challenges thrown at it.

And religion is like a dead body without capability for further evolution.

Wakuu, I hope wote mko poa kabisa. Nataka kuwashirikisha jambo. Kuna hali ya mafuriko makubwa yanayokuja kutokea Tanzania mwezi ujao. Kuna watu ambao Mungu amesema nasi ili tuombe toba kwa ajili ya nchi ili hali hii isitokee na hasa kama itatokea basi isilete madhara ambayo yanaweza kutokea kama hatutaomba Mungu atunusuru na maafa.

Nchi yetu 'imemezwa na chatu'. Hii maana yake ni kwamba nchi hii imetumbukia katika uchawi na kumwabudu shetani as nyoka ni shetani as well as uchawi/ushirikina. Watu waliopewa dhamana kwenye taifa hili iwe serikalini au katika kanisa wamesahau wajibu wao na badala yake wanamkumbatia shetani na kazi zake zote i.e uuaji na umwagaji wa damu zisizo na hatia, uchawi, wizi, uongo na pia ukahaba umekithiri, uaminifu umepungua sana, ufisadi, upagani, ibada za mizimu, kuabudu shetani na mambo mengine yote yafananayo na hayo na kumchukiza Mungu na amekasirika. Mambo yote haya tunayaona day in day out. Na watu wanafurahia watu waovu na uovu kuliko uadilifu na watu wanaotetea haki.

Mungu anaipenda sana Tanzania lakini anachukia uovu huu ndio maana ameonyesha nini kinakuja ili tuombe toba atusamehe na atunusuru na hali hiyo na kama bado itatokea basi isilete madhara makubwa au yasitokee kabisa.

Picha ya mafuriko yanayokuja yanaonyesha mvua kubwa sana ya kutisha na nusu ya Dar ikiwa imemezwa na maji ambayo yamechanganyika na maji ya bahari. Hii inaashiria gharika au kimbunga chenye mvua kubwa.

Kwa yeyote mwenye mzigo wa kuliombea Taifa hili tafadhali omba toba kwa ajili ya nchi yetu na ufunge kwa siku tatu kawaida na sio tatu kavu (utachagua mwenyewe siku za kufunga) ili Mungu atuepushie na balaa hili. Tafadhali mshirikishe na mwenzio.
Nimewashirikisha ili isije kula kwetu tuliopewa huu ujumbe kama tutakaa kimya bila kushirikisha wengine pia waombe.

Usichangie kwa kukashifu na kama huna mchango au huamini basi wewe pita tu na Mungu atakubariki.

Igweeeee!! LOL, mie sifanyi kazi mamlaka ya hali ya hewa mkuu! September ndo hii na ni maombi yangu mafuriko yasije na pia kama yakija yasiwe na madhara. Pia ninachopambana nacho kwa muda sasa ni isinyeshe until after semina ya Mwl. Christopher Mwakasege pale Jangwani from 23rd September until 30th September. Kwa maana ikinyesha pale wajua kasheshe lake pale Jangwani linavokuwaga na nahisi nitafanikiwa maana (kwani kuna roho za watu zahitaji kuokolewa katika kipindi hicho pale Jangwani) so far bado hizo mvua zipo ingawa jamaa wa hali ya hewa walisema October bora zianzie huko huko zisije September hii hadi semina iishe... Wajua waweza kumuomba Mungu abadilishe msimamo wake au kama ni kitu kinakuja kutokea waweza kumuomba aepushe au asikie wewe unaomba nini na kama anaona inafaa anakujibu vile utakavyo.
