Reading through your responses just leaves me with a conclusion you're a damn horrible debater, when talking, do you normally spend sometime to listen and understand. Yes moderators, I think there is a strategy of involving English speakers in the forums.

Ofcourse there is a national delivery secretariat whose purpose is to ensure every project and national en-devours are focused towards achieving the common vision. The secretariat and board comprises of multi-sectoral members drawn form various institutions across the country. We have CEO from Equity Bank, principal secretaries from every ministry, Microsoft Corporation - East & South Africa, Safaricom etc etc goeas to show you it's an ambitious programme.

Everybody is involved in one way or another, devoted teacher at the local school who goes out of her way to prepare our kids for a globally competitive future; that nursing officer who is outstanding in their commitment and devotion to serve humanity; or the innovative entrepreneur whose local project delivers economic growth to the community.

Personally am a software engineer, I don't need to spell out everything am doing as an individual to make Kenya become the preferred destination for outsourcing in Africa, but note that outsourcing has been identified in the Vision 2030 as a key pillar and driver of social and economic improvement through job and wealth creation. But most important thing is, I've a roadmap and milestones to achieve for greater good of the nation and Africa at large.

i agree 100%, public participation is vital. But this guy is saying that huko kenya hata a bar maid, or bus conductor works strategically towards achieving that vision 2030 of theirs. When i ask how role does a bar maid or a shoe shiner plays in achieving the 2030 targets, that's when it gets interesting.
