In fact, I would suggest that we pass a law attracting educated and skilled foreigners especially Kenyans and Ugandans to come and assist us in areas where we are lacking skills and education is one of them. We could even naturalise them in the process.

Kikwete ndio kaanza kuifufuwa elimu, tunaona wakati wake vyuo vikuu zaidi ya 12 kwa miaka 7 tu, mashule mapya ya sekondari zaidi ya 5000 kwa miaka 7 tu, madogo hayo? ni nani aliyefanya katika hao marais wako wote zaidi ya Kikwete?
Elimu inapaa, uchumi unapaa, miundo mbinu inapaa, umee unapaa, maji yanapaa. Nyerere na wenzake aliowachaguwa walikuwa wapi?
