  • Dhibiti uzito, fanya mazoezi
  • Kula mboga za majani na matunda kwa wingi
  • Dhibiti kiwango cha chumvi kwenye chakula
 
Ndugu asante kwa somo zuri,hivi sisi tunao bet, tunaweza kupata magonjwa ya moyo???
