Naomba kujuzwa mke wangu ana mimba ya wiki 7, hapo awali alikuwa hapendi chakula mpaka tugombane ndio atakula tena kidogo..

Ila sasa amekuwa kila baada ya masaa machache analamika njaa, mchana anaweza kula mara nne, usiku ataamka hata saa nane ili ale...

ujauzito huu ni first experience kwangu please...

Wakuu naomba kujuzwa hii ni kawaida kwa mwanamke mjamzito!?

Mkeo ana raha wiki 7 tu anakula hatapiki?? Zile morning sickness zishafunga mana hapo ni mwezi na siku moja. Kama anakula mwache ale muhim ale chakula bora na sio kujilia tu

wiki tisa ndio miezi miwili na siku moja nilijichanganya kwenye hesabu hapo juu by the way kama hatapiki muache ale ila ale balanced diet maji kwa sana na mboga za majani zipewe kipaumbele kwa afya ya kiumbe kilichopo tumboni
