Kapendeza kweli wala haonekani kama alipata mtoto hivi karibuni.

Kaka Jennife Hudson hajala madawa yoyote yale ila tu kuna program inaitwa weight watchers na hiyo ndiyo huyu Dada anawatangazia biashara kwa watu wanaotaka kukonda. Anachofanya anakula kidogo na kiti moto hagusi kabisa ila tu mamichicha ya kuchemsha na matunda kwa wingi. Vyakula vyake anavyo kula huwa pia haungi kama vile sana. Na atakuwa anatumia zaidi mafuta ya Olive Oil.

kitu kingine ni kula kiwango kidogo mara tano kwa siku kila baada masaa 3.asubuhi cereal inatosha ,saa nne ukapata matunda saa saba mboga za majani na nyama kidogo, saa kumi salad na saa moja .kunywa maji mengi na mazoezi lisaa limoja kwa siku au nusu saa inategemea na mda wako kutembea kukimbia poa.kiwango kiwe kidogo.

kula kwa mtindo huo inasaidia sana kuzidisha metabolism yako.unapokaa kwa mda mrefu bila kula mwili unakuwa unajaribu kuhifadhi chakula katika mfumo wa mafuta, kwani unaona mwili haupati chakula cha kutosha na ndio hapo mtu unakuta unanenepa kutokana na mafuta ynayohifadhiwa mwilini.
