kitu kingine ni kula kiwango kidogo mara tano kwa siku kila baada masaa 3.asubuhi cereal inatosha ,saa nne ukapata matunda saa saba mboga za majani na nyama kidogo, saa kumi salad na saa moja .kunywa maji mengi na mazoezi lisaa limoja kwa siku au nusu saa inategemea na mda wako kutembea kukimbia poa.kiwango kiwe kidogo.
