AC Milan have reportedly reached a verbal agreement to sign Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas at the end of the season.

According to CalcioMercato.com , Milan’s new Chinese owners have decided that Fabregas is the marquee player they need to put the club back on the map and challenge Juventus at the top of Serie A.

It is thought that the Spaniard has given the Rossoneri his word to join them, but a fee and personal terms have yet to be negotiated between the clubs.
 
Sky Italia reiterates that Milan have practically closed the Musacchio deal with Villarreal for €15m+€3m add-ons.

AC Milan are considering signing Chelsea target Fauzi Ghoulam as a possible replacement for their regular starter Mattia De Sciglio who has reportedly demanded the rossoneri to leave the club at the end of the season.

The contract of De Sciglio runs until 2018 and the player was heavily booed for his poor performance against Empoli at the week-end. The player is a long time target of Juventus and the Old Lady’s boss Max Allegri has made him Juve’s transfer priority to strengthen the bianconeri
defence next season.

Both Tuttosport and Sky Sport report De Sciglio has handed AC Milan a transfer request informing his club that he’s not willing to sign a contract extension. Therefore the Serie A giants are considering making a summer bid for Ghoulam who has also thrown his future at Napoli into doubt refusing to sign a contract extension with the partenopei.

Ghoulam’s Napoli deal expires in 2018 and both Chelsea and Bayern Munich are reported to be interested in signing the 26-year-old Algeria International.
 
German midfielder Christoph Kramer could finally land in Serie A at season’s end after confirming AC Milan have been keeping tabs on him.


The 26-year-old has been linked with moves with Napoli and Juventus in the past, and it seems he’s destined to play in Italy one day with word that the Rossoneri recently sent scouts to watch him in person.
 
Leonel Vangioni and Luca Antonelli are expected to leave AC Milan this summer after failing to establish themselves under Vincenzo Montella this season.

The Rossoneri currently sit sixth in the Serie A standings, and while they harboured hopes of Champions League qualification prior to the campaign, the Italian tactician is expected to get another crack at that goal next season by new owner Yonghong Li.

If i may ask.... what is the cause for the recent downfall of AC milan in the past few years while they have financial and human resource capacity??? Because its no longer a threat to top european clubs as it used to be back then with the likes of super pipo and shevchenko
