Imagine this; with the little power that he [thinks] has, look at how he has behaved since he became Governor of the great state of Dar-es-Salaam. He has behaved like a lunatic. He has abused power in plain sight.

He has done everything that if it were someone else, he'd have been canned eons ago. Why to this day he is still the governor is the question that boggles my mind. What does he have to do in order to be let go? Shoot someone dead in the middle of Askari Monument?

I believe most right thinking citizens have the same questions I have. The whole thing is just weird. There seems to be a strange propinquity between him and his boss. Him and his boss are probably surrounded by a bunch of mealy-mouthed sycophants who are embarrassingly obsequious.

I always become enstranged , by many of you, the way you handle some issues related to some comissioners of our time today. The comissioner together with his colleagues whenever they stumble on running some stuff, most of you, jump to the bandwagon of "demoting, chasing, shuffling, stripping off all powers they have, locking them up and the likes" while targeting our comissioners of our time. Among of you, no one is interested to coach, mentor, guide and lead in a best manner, these commissioners so that they may attain the needed standard you prefer!!! Always you are after for the worst regarding these commissioners, Why!!? Jealous?, oh no!

IF my memory serves me right, one skilful and intelligent gentleman a number of months ago raised the very useful idea of promoting mentoring some young commissioners so that they can deliver as per standard. No one supported the idea, instead threats trended towards him from most of you with a trademark of " you have touched untouchables, you will see". The gentleman muted !!! I have not heard from him cherishing his idea of schooling the commissioners!!! You frightened him with your trending threats, I guess, simply because you are after the commissioners "worst matters", which are fare to your above mentioned bandwagon!!!

My point here is, let us nurture our leaders in a manner, which will help them to perform their duties for bestification of our country prosperity instead of frustrating them while waiting them to perform poorly na kisha kuanza kupiga kelele za 'watumbuliwe'.

Your objectivity appears to be disjointed and non-comprehensive.

Magufuli has no guiding principle, how could you be objective in a comprehensive way in assesing his performance?

He is what Dr. Wolfgang Pauli used to call "not even wrong". He is less than wrong, he does not even know where he is going, much less how to get there.

Nyerere was wrong in some aspects, but at least he knew where he wanted to go, and how to get there according to his cohesive philosophy. One has a fair chance of assesing Nyerere in an objective and comprehensive manner.

How does one asses this current yo-yo in any objective and comprehensive manner?

He is fighting corruption and at the same time advocating for an extra judiciary bribe for traffic police.

Does he know what he wants or is he just making shyt up as he goes?
