He is what Dr. Wolfgang Pauli used to call "not even wrong". He is less than wrong, he does nit even know where he is going, much less how to get there.

Nyerere was wrong in some aspects, but at least he knew where he wanted to go, and hiw to get there. One has a fair chance of assesing Nyerere in an objective and comprehensive manner.

How does one asses this current yo-yo in any objective and comprehensive manner?

He is fighting corruption and at the same time advocating for an extra judiciary bribe for traffic police.

Does he know what he wants or is he just making shyt up as he goes?

He hasn’t finished his tenure. Once he does that I will give my comprehensive assessment.

Nyerere retired in 1985.

So it’s easy for one to look back and see how he did.

I don’t know how closely you follow American pro sports.

They have something called ‘weekly power rankings’.

You can Google it or go on YouTube and learn more about it.

Similarly, that’s what I’m doing right now.

At the end of it all, I’ll rate his performance.

But in the meantime I can opine on some of the things that are happening.

Nothing wrong with that.

So to you if that appears disjointed and non comprehensive, maybe it’s your vision that needs to get checked because sometimes objects in mirror can appear to be closer than they really are.

The Sukuma have produced people with illustrious careers, such as David Kidaha Makwaia, Paul Bomani, Justice Francis Nyalali, Andrew Shija, just to name a few.
