1. Its local based

2. Its hybrid meaning that not only you can chat and socialize with your friends but also you can buy and sell things directly via this platform,
We simplfy the recruitment process by bringing closer employer and employees

3.We did not end there we simplify the process of event organisation buy providing a platform where our users can organize events, so they could easly know whats going on around the
m

4.To even go further we create a business directory where we simplify the work of investors and business people on where they should get what they want or who to do business with

5.Their is a built in Portal that will provide various information about East Africa

All this and so much more when you combine them together you end up with a high end hybrid local based social network project that is meticulously designed and engineered where each part of the design have a contribution that directly benefited the user

Kazi nzuri vijana. Naomba ufanye marekebisho pale kwenye homepage badala ya "Forget Password'' weka "Forgot Password". Kwani "Forgot password" ni past continuous tense.

Does not sound as social network to me. Its at least kind of a portal.
I think you need to reduce functionalities so that you do not confuse users.
You can make two related services in same server like portal.xyz.com and sell.xyz.com and leave only social stuffs to xyz.com sharing same credentials.

My Opinion:
  1. Too many features, you will face an identity crisis (are you a social network, news portal or what?), so if i was you, i would not try to out-feature facebook, i would do the opposite and cut down some features
  2. I don't think the changing background image is a good idea, create a consistent layout (UX point of view)
  3. Congratulations on coding,it shows that u know your stuff but your choice of programming language, will become a painful experience when the site grows (programmer's point of view)
  4. Social networks are all-over the net, think about something that will appeal to people from around the world, remember i won't join your social network because it is locally made, i want to join it because it is unique and has something that others in the market don't offer (remember more people are leaving facebook than joining it, so i don't think the market needs more facebooks, we need something else )
  5. Again, i congratulate you on your coding skills
