Dr. Mathayo's Degrees Are Authentic - TCU

Mdondoaji

Standard za elimu zimetofautiana kama tu shule za awali,(I mean from primary school to university) zimetofautiana mostly like hata kwenye ngazi zingine watatofautiana.

Na ninafurahi UK is not superpower, wangeiangamiza dunia na nyodo zao!

Nimefungua ukurasa wa chuo hiki cha University of the Free State kwa link hii;
http://www.uovs.ac.za/faculties/content.php?id=318&FCode=04

Katika REGULATIONS - PART 1: Natural Sciences: Undergraduate Programmes, nime-download file PART 3: Post Graduate Programmes ni word document. Ukurasa wa mwisho (117) kuna maelezo haya;

Reg. H37 - A candidate who is admitted to Master studies according to Reg. A80, may apply for admission to the Ph.D. degree in consultation with the supervisor after a study and registration period of at least one year and on recommendation of the Examination Committee, the head of the department concerned and the Research Committee of the Faculty via the Dean. After admission to the Ph.D. study, at least two years must elapse before a Ph.D. degree can be awarded. The degree study therefore lasts three years.

http://www.parliament.go.tz/bunge/mpcv.php?vpkey=376

Ndugu hapo umekosea kusema watu wana-adapt na Tabia za wa-UK,i have spent a lot of time in Japan/China/taiwan/Korea than i have spent in the whole of EUROPE combined.

Out of several degrees i have only one was obtained in EU,so i can frankly say i have less UK influence than you think.

the subject at hand was a guy who supposedly relies on information on the internet, which is just a reference point.

i have worked with many Japanese/chinese academicians and none has a <3 year PhD.most are averaging 3-3.5,and they are very capable.

I have an example of a Tanzanian fella i met in China 8 years ago,he was head to head with his proffesor trying to finish his PhD program before the required time, with the argument that he has "finished" his thesis in time and therefore deserves to graduate.lucky enough the so said professor, use to be my colleague mate in Japan several years before that, and we were good friends,i had a talk with him and he told me that my countrymates thesis was a normal one"and according to his academic/work guidelines" outstanding students graduate first,.these are type of stuffs a Japanese/Chinese professor will never tell a student.
if he sends bad student's first he lose "face among his peers" so he will keep postponing your defense until all the best ones are gone and if yours looks bad he can say-this is the last one, even i was trying to make it better,no longer it took this long!to understand such things you have to understand those people.
the guy eventually graduated on time, although it was only after the other "outstanding peers" graduated.

so it really comes down to how you do in your PhD thesis.language barrier is a huge issue, and takes a lot of hit to many students studying in ASIA.ofcourse they will never tell their friends back in Tanzania that, there in ASIA they are not as special as they used to be back in TZ(hence ground for jabs like-oh i will do my masters in 2.5 years(pure crap))

i have learned that recently there are many 2nd,3rd tier universities in ASIA that do not give shit about what you have done for your thesis.any university that has an english program in Japan,China,Taiwan does not give shit what you do in those programs, avoid those if you care about your education.if you care enough to do a a year or 2 in their language that will take you more time but will eventually give you better education. So i can reiterate that.i understand that part of the world enough to say 2 years and you walk away with a PhD is a PIPE DREAM!

The Ph.D. program is normally completed in three academic years. There are some exceptions where a student may complete
his doctoral program in one to two and a half years (a total of three or more years including the time the student has spent in his
master's program) if he produces outstanding research results.

Wanaomaliza hizo PhD in less than 3 years ni wale waliounganisha na Masters and usually they have to be very "outstanding" academically, and have to be the top 5% in the program.

In many years i have been in ASIA,this is just not possible for an african kid to go there and be the top 5% in Tokyo university, not yet,let alone this privilege is reserved for Students studying in Japanese.a lot of these things you can't understand until you get there, not by internet, not from a brochure.

usisome mavitu kwenye internet and take them for granted that is a very bad generalization of the reality.
