Tukiongelea benki ambayo ina wigo mkubwa zaidi wa bidhaa za zenye uhitaji wa moja kwa moja kwa mteja huwezi kuiacha CRDB.Kwa Benki hasa ukizingatia benki halisi za kitanzania na pengine za kigeni,ipi inafanya vyema katika innovation ya service delivery channels kama CRDB?
Achana na logic ya kizamani ya kusema unajenga tawi kila wilaya kama NMB which is getting old as time goes,kwanini hamkiri Service centers/Agencies lukuki zilizopo karibia wilaya zote na tena kuna wilaya zinafika hadi tano plus za CRDB Microfinance.Mawakala wa Fahari Huduma zaidi ya 1000 nchi nzima,Internet Banking,Sim Banking etc lakini bado watu mnatumia akili finyu kung'ang'ana na mere complaints mara ATM zina shida.People here are too arrogant to switch to better and mobile services ends wanakalia kulalamika tu.Labda nnachoweza kukiri kwa mwezi huu ulioisha sababu Benki ime-upgrade its core banking system ndio maana kulikuwa na multiple cases za kusua sua sababu ya ile migration process ambacho ni kitu cha kawaida.People,mara nyingine tujifunze kutumia alternatives nyingine ambazo tunapewa kurahisisha maisha kuliko kung'ang'ana na mazoea yale yale ambayo ndo yanafanya mnalalamika.Sikuhizi CRDB ukiwa Dar kwa mfano,sio lazima ukapange foleni kwenye Branch kubwa sababu kwa Dar tu kuna Service centers kibao ambapo unaweza deposit,withdraw,loan processing,mentioned them all..
Tuache kulalamika,tuappreciate penye ukweli lkn pia tusisahau na mazingira yetu.Maana haya haya tunayolalamikia,mara nyingine ht kwenys familia zetu kwa level kuna ambayo hayako sawa kabisa and still u can blame yourself simply because you have one big reason as to why those faults can drag u down to failure.
