Chelsea FC (The Blues) | Special Thread

Sarri on Chelsea having patience with him: "I don't mind, I am a dreamer and I want to play my football. If I arrive here into this professional team, I think it is because I am a dreamer." #CFC

Sarri on Jorginho: "It depends on what you want from Jorginho. If you want to last pass from Jorginho then he has not adapted. Jorginho is very ready to have the ball and build up the action. Jorginho plays 40 metres from the goal so it is impossible for the last pass" #CFC

Sarri on Chelsea being tougher to manage than he thought: "Probably yes, but I knew very well it is very difficult because here the level is very high. It is difficult because this team played another football and won with another style of football. It is very difficult." #CFC

Sarri on optimism: "Everyday I see training & everyday they are improving. We lost the last match very badly but the last match was different. We lost the last match because of the first goal but we entered the pitch with the right mentality. This time the approach was good" #CFC

Sarri on being direct with his players: "I like very well when I can speak to my players about tactical problems. I don't like to speak about mental problems." #CFC

Sarri on Hazard: "I think he is changing. He was used to playing as an individual player but now he has to play in a cooperative way. It is not easy for him because he became Hazard playing another way. I know it isn't easy but now he is more available to play this way." #CFC

Sarri says Hazard & wingers can do more:"He can do more tactically, at the moment it is not easy for our strikers to play in this team. We have a lot of individual players like Hazard, Willian and Pedro. It is not easy for the striker to make the right movement in the right time"

Sarri on asking for patience: "We are trying to do something great, it is not easy. We have to work and improve. We have to lose matches but we are trying to do our best." #CFC

Sarri on Higuain problems: "At the moment he is not at his top physically. In the last 45 days, he only played a few matches. First of all, for his back, then he was involved in the market. He needs to improve because he is able to generate more than now." #CFC

Sarri adds that if he improves physically that he can make the difference for Chelsea. #CFC

Sarri press conference round up:
1️⃣"I am a dreamer," he won't change but players must change mentality
2️⃣Plan B comes only after Barca level of Plan A
3️⃣People expect the wrong thing of Jorginho
4️⃣Hazard, Willian, Pedro not helping the strikers
5️⃣Higuian not physically ready
#CFC

Sarri on the fans: "First of all, we have to say sorry to them. The result was a disaster. I can understand them very well. They have to be patient with us atm because we're trying to do something great. It's not easy" #cfc

Sarri on playing Kante in the Jorginho role: "I'll do that for only 20 minutes if I have to defend the result."

Sarri needs time to implement his system at Chelsea, like Klopp needed time when he took over Liverpool. At Napoli Sarri's system wasn't in full effect until around three years in. His system is complex, but it's great when in place. The outcome of this season so far was expected

Hiki kitu nmeongea sana kuhusu wingers zetu. Kukaa na mpira sana na kutocheza kitimu. Hii inakuwa ngumu kwa striker kufanya movements. Odoi apewe nafasi Right Winger.

If this is true, Sarri will be sacked.

sasa anafikiri chelsea ni kama Liverpool wamvumilia miaka mitatu ya kujenga timu?

Nategemea kesho Loftus Cheek LCM, Emerson LB, Hudson Odoi RW. Ikiwezekana Luiz apumzike acheze Christensen. Partnership yake na Rudiger naipenda. Zaman alikuwa anawekwa na Cahil anaonekana mbovu kwa sababu ya makosa ya Cahill

Kovacic awe anamsaidia Jorginho. Pedro awepo bench.

Alonso, Barkley, Willian hawa wakae bench ila wasicheze.

It's not about the style of play. The Chelsea fan base believes that every manager that Chelsea are going to hire will deliver them immediate results and trophies! Conte like miracles don't occur every year!
