Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea job is safe for now, but the club's chiefs want to see a 'plan B' when his 'Sarri-ball' tactics do not work.

Walishamwambia mapema chezesha viungo wawili wakabaji hataki, Unampanga Ngolo kwenye mid ya kulia mkishafungua then mkapoteza mpira kwenye half ya wapinzani wenu jamaa wanakuja mbioo wanajibokolea tu; hakuna mkakati wa kuzuia counter attack!! Kifupi mfumo huu umeshafeli.

Inatia hasira sana.

Asije kuwa alivua nguo hadharani kama lvg alivofanyaga bayern

- Sarri
- The board
- Abramovich
- Hazard
- Jorginho
- Etc.

When things go poorly like this, every fan picks their target to blame. But the reality is, there isn’t just ONE person. I know it makes the blame game less fun, but it’s true. Partial blame throughout the whole club.

Sarri on criticism of his players and relationship: "I didn't attack the players, I talked to them because I needed to understand. Then I went home immediately because I wanted to review the match, there wasn't another reason." #CFC

Sarri on Chelsea problems: "I am not able to motivate them, I said this, but if we have some mental problems then I Think the reason could be the players or could be the technical staff, could be the club. I can't think about the club, only the players." #CFC

Sarri on Chelsea issues:"The staff first of all, the players first of all. I said I am probably not able to motivate them. After another match I said probably it is difficult to motivate them. It is part of my job of course. I want to change the mentality, it is a long way." #CFC

Sarri on fixing Chelsea problems: "I have to involve my players more in my football than we are doing at the moment. Now we have the mentality for doing the match. We have to improve our reactions and improve in the offensive phase. We have a lot of individual phase." #CFC

Sarri on attacking problems: "We stayed too tight with the three offensive players, so it was easy for the defenders to defend. Sometimes we have to stay very wide. We have to go inside to recieve but not stay inside" #CFC

Sarri on switching from counter-attack to possession: "We have to change completely the mentality. They were used to playing in counter attacks. Now we have to change, it is a long way I think. I want to change the mentality, be in control of the match" #CFC

Sarri on creating a Plan B: "Why? First of all I want to do plan A very well, I think. I don't want to change something at the moment that doesn't work very well. First of all, I want to see my football player well, then we can change something." #CFC

Sarri on wanting Chelsea to be like Barcelona: "Barcelona won everything because they played very well there football. First of all I want to play very well my football. Then I can change." #CFC

Sarri points to Klopp, Pochettino and Guardiola that the best teams have stuck with their managers for a long time. "They were really patient, we have to work to change the mentality and go on. For me the situation is very clear." #CFC
