Mkuu mara nyingi vyombo vya anga huwa havina hitilafu kama za magari. Sio hii tu nishawahi kusoma makala moja ili prove hilo jambo. unaweza usimuelewa lakini endelea kufuatilia. uzembe wa rubani,hali ya hewa,kutunguliwa ama kuhujumiwa.

Each of these elements of the three major causal areas contains its own subset of individual factors as to exactly why and how it occurs. Sometimes these factors result in minor or no aircraft damage or injury, but all too frequently they cause great aircraft damage and personal injury, even death. One thing is true as to all causes: they are preventable.

Factors in Accidents
The most common factors related to helicopter accidents involving UK registered helicopters.

Taken from a study of the Griffin Helicopters accident database since 09 Jan 1997 the study comprises a review of 405 rotary wing accidents and incidents involving UK registered aircraft of which 386 involved helicopters and 40 were fatal.

Some accidents appear under more than one heading as often for example a loss of control in the hover can result in a tail strike , heavy landing and rollover.

This table shows details of what we assess the first event in accident was, some accident reports are pretty vague and if no directly attributable cause is specified then that accident will not be included in this table.

wingu la CB (Cumulonimbus clouds) ni hatari kwa ndege ndogo na sio kwa helcopter kwa sababu linaonekana toka mbali ni jeusi na linasimama vertical kama nguzo, hivyo linakwepeka kwa choper!.

Kwa kifupi ni kwamba, kutokana na tafiti za ajali mbalimbali za chopa inaonyesha kuwa 26% ya ajali za chopa zinatokana na makosa ya rubani (mishandling conntrol na loss of control). Ajali zinazosababishwa na matatizo ya engine ni 5% tu ya ajali za chopa. Kwahyo kitaalamu ni kuwa ajali nyingi zinasababishwa na matatizo ya kirubani na ajali chache tu zinasababishwa na matatizo ya engine. Mtaalamu aliyeongea na gazeti la Mwananchi aliongea generally sio specific kwa ajali ya Deo Filikunjombe kwa sababu kuweza kusemea ajali hii ni hadi hapo uchunguzi kamili ukamilike.

Tuwekane sawa kidogo...tusimlsumu huyo mtaalam....yuko sahihi...ni kwamba asilimia 98 za ajal ya chopa husababishwa na rubani wakuu....kama engine ina itirafu kabla hujaruka ina kupa sign zote ....na ikiwa itilafu imetokea angani inakupa sign 40 min kabla kama engine itaweza patwa Na kitugani ukiendelea na safar....so unaweza gandisha angani na kujiokoa au kutua kabisa.....lakin marubani wetu hudharau haya.....huwenda chombo kibovu ndio lakin kinakupa sign ya ubivu na madhara ....kama rubani umekubali kuruka nayo basi jibu ni mzembe.......

Nakubaliana na ww kamba ubovu unaweza sababisha anguko la chopa,mfano engine ikizingua na kupoteza au kuwa na mzunguko weak lazima imtupe tu.ila hapo kwa ccm no mkuu kwsn chopa ilikodiwa na deo mwenyewe wala sio ccm,
