Hasa kwa wale wenye excess body fatty, unataka kuiacha ipungue kwa metabolic process naturally. Kula cabbage au cauliflower kama main meal. Unaweza kuweka nyama au samaki juu yake kama mboga ya kulia.

Cabbage inalikata vipande vidogo sana, kama una mashine ya kukatia ni bonus. Ukisha kata steam cabbage, weka kwenye sahani.

Kama huna steamer, chemsha maji na chumvi kidogo, maji yakiwa yanachemka kwenye sufuria iliyojaa, weka cabbage kwa dakika tano tu, litoe uchuje na kuweka kwenye sahani.

Cauliflower unaweza kukatwa kwenye food processor. Kama huna kisukari na kibao vinaweza kufanya kazi.

Pika kwa njia ile ile ya cabbage.

Cabbage ni nzuri kwa bodi day vya tumbo. Cauliflower na cabbage vyote ni vizuri kwa diabetes hasa type II.

Pole sana! Naskia wanawekaga panadol hapo kwenye jino inayouma ili kupooza maumivu. Ila kuna mtu alinambia njia inayosaidia kwa kiasi kikubwa kupoza pia maumivu ya jino ni kuchukua pamba na kuchovya kwenye mafuta ya karafuu then unaweka hiyo pamba hapo kwenye jino itasaidia sana!
Ila fikiria pia kuhusu kulitoa hilo jino maana mimi huwa naona that's the best option!

Pole sana! Naskia wanawekaga panadol hapo kwenye jino inayouma ili kupooza maumivu. Ila kuna mtu alinambia njia inayosaidia kwa kiasi kikubwa kupoza pia maumivu ya jino ni kuchukua pamba na kuchovya kwenye mafuta ya karafuu then unaweka hiyo pamba hapo kwenye jino itasaidia sana!
Ila fikiria pia kuhusu kulitoa hilo jino maana mimi huwa naona that's the best option!

Mate cabbage utapumua hewa chafu mwanzo mwisho lakini it works.
Pia linasafisha utumbo mate, hii hewa Cafu ukiwa kazini ndiyo shida.

I like it when I do my morning walk in the park, I just look who is behind me when there is no one it means freedom 💪🏾
