Professor Hirji kukiri tu kuwa hizo ni "hypothetical...Data..." ni kuwa amekiri kuwa data zake ni za ni kufikirika, jee na hao "Four people interpreted the data." ni akina nani zaidi ya wakufikirika?

Ikiwa hawa ndiyo ma Professor wetu hao wanafunzi sijui wakoje?

Sasa nnaamini kabisa kuwa wanafunzi wa Professor kama huyu wanakwenda kusomea ujinga.

Hoja ipi ya kujibiwa? Hirji ka criticize, kaulizwa maswali mawili mawili tu, hajajibu mpaka sasa au wakala wakala wake KVM hajajibu, kakwepa.

Mimi binafsi nimeonesha mapungufu ya maandiko ya Hirji ambayo hakuna aliyekuja na jibu, kuna mmoja tu kaja kasema hizo data kweli za kufikirika. Unajuwa hiyo maana yake nini kisomi? maana yake critissm ya Hirji yote inafaa itupwe kwenye garbage bin.

Lakini ili tuwape wengi faida na darsa, tutauendeleza mnakasha tartiiiiibu tuwape darsa, nnauhakika wengi wenu mtafaidika, maana mnaonesha kuwa wengi wenu hamko katika kiwango cha usomi wa kuweza kukabiliana na minakasha ya kisomi na hii ni fursa yenu kujipatia mawili matatu.

Professor Hirji, kwa kushindwa kuelewa tu Mau Mau na Wajerumani ni kama mbingu na ardhi na akaandika hivyo katika hizi pumba zake anaonesha kuwa ni Professor bogus (with all due respect).

Na hilo la kukiri kwake kuwa ana criticize kwa kutumia "hypothetical... data..." ndiyo kama nilivyokueleza awali, na laiti ingalikuwa kaileta hii criticism kwenye jopo la wasomi na kuna Mwenyekiti, Mwenyekiti tayari angeshamwambia "shut up, seat down and listen to other scholars".

Nawahurumia sana wanafunzi wanaofundwa na "Professor" kama huyu Hirji, hakuna zaidi bali wanajazwa ujinga tu.

[TD]"Why Mwalimu Julius Nyerere did not reveal much of his early life in Dar es Salaam of 1950s and about the people who were with him. Why Mwalimu Nyerere took this position now remains a rhetoric question. Was Mwalimu Nyerere trying to conceal something or is this an innocent omission? Mwalimu Nyerere however talked to Lady Judith Listowel in 1963 who had come to Tanganyika to research on a book (The Making of Tanganyika) she was writing. Judith Listowel was the wife of the last governor of Gold Coast (Ghana). She was put in contact to Ally Sykes by Peter Colmore in Nairobi. Listowel came to Dar es Salaam and interviewed Abdulwahid, Ally Sykes and Julius Nyerere. In that book Mwalimu paid a glowing tribute to fellow nationalists who had preceded him in the political arena. The Making of Tanganyika published in London in 1965 is now out of print book. In Tanzania there are only two copies in existence, one is at the University of Dar es Salaam Library and the other one is with Ally Sykes.


There are reports that Mwalimu Nyerere was under tremendous pressure from friends, supporters as well as from cronies to write his memoir but flatly refused. It is reported that Mwalimu even refused to meet an Oxford University Press representative who wanted to discuss about writing of his memoir. Was Mwalimu Nyerere through his silence sending a terse message? It was only when Mwalimu Nyerere was severely criticized in two books: Conflict and Harmony in Zanzibar by Ali Muhsin Barwan and The Life and Times of Abdulwahid Sykes 1924 -1968 by Mohamed Said that it is said Mwalimu Nyerere succumbed to that pressure and told his confidants to form a committee which he would talk to about his life and from that interaction they would be able to write his biography. But although the committee was formed it never got off the ground as Mwalimu was in failing health and soon died on 14 th October 1999."

In Dodoma Dossa Aziz was received by Ali Juma Ponda, the TAA Central Province Secretary, and after being briefed by Dossa Aziz about the scheduled TAA and KAU meeting, Ponda informed Dossa Aziz that he had received report that there had been serious skimishes between the Mau Mau and British troops; that the KAU leadership was being rounded up and it was very unlikely that Kenyatta and his delegation would travel to Arusha. Dossa Aziz changed his mind and proceeded to Mwanza by train to inspect TAA branches. Abdulwahid and Mhando received similar reports on time and were warned not to proceed to Arusha because of the unforseen events in Kenya.[/TD]

[TD]In Mwanza Dossa Aziz was received by Dr Joseph Mutahangarwa, TAA Vice-President in Lake Province. Dr Mutahangarwa was the first African to qualify as a medical doctor. After learning about the Arusha meeting, Dr Mutahangarwa warned Dossa Aziz about the risk Abdulwahid was taking as Secretary and Acting President of the Association. Dr Mutahangarwa pointed out to Dossa Aziz the dangers that the Association and its leadership would face should the government discover that TAA was trying to link its own struggle with that of KAU. These fears expressed by Dr Mutahangarwa were without doubt genuine because KAU was suspected of supporting and providing leadership to Mau Mau, with Kenyatta and Kaggia as ringleaders. Dossa Aziz boarded a ship at Mwanza for Bukoba where he was received by Chief Rutinwa and other members of the TAA Bukoba branch, including veteran politician Ali Migeyo and Suedi Kagasheki.'' Said implies that Muslims were at the forefront of the Mau Mau uprising against German rule. But he fails to note that the Germans used Kiswahili, and for a time, the Arabic script, to administer the colony. That was strongly opposed by Christian missionaries. The German colonial authorities utilized the existing Madrasa system to recruit low-level clerks.
