hii nini unatuonesha....nonsenseMigaa is a masterpiece development that will redefine the meaning of life. Providing the ultimate backdrop for an extraordinary and affordable life, Migaa will capture the very essence of Kenya’s natural beauty creating an unparalleled residential community for the middle class. Nestled between two rivers and two natural dams, Migaa will provide an astounding array of amenities such as: an 18-hole golf course, countless sporting facilities such as tennis, squash, rugby, soccer and basketball. Recreational facilities such as a gym & spa. Hospitality services such as conferencing, a hotel, a country club, shopping malls and restaurants in addition to education, medical and commercial facilities.
As a family oriented development, Migaa aims to be safe, stable and sustainable, a place that residents can take pride in. Set on 774 acres, 20 kms north of Nairobi’s CBD in the Kiambu County, Migaa will be well placed to take advantage of the new infrastructure currently under construction in the area, resulting in it being only 25 minutes from Waiyaki way, James Gichuru road, Riara road and Ngong road, the circuits where most schools in the west of Nairobi are located.
Migaa is people driven in its approach to the development. Communities are more about people than about the infrastructure and buildings, and as such, the beauty both structural and natural is an integral component of LIFE at Migaa. In the planning hierarchy, concrete structures will be subservient to nature and vegetation while maximising on panoramic views. The Masterplan is pedestrian oriented new urbanist, designed with wide sidewalks, beautiful streetscapes and traffic safety in mind. This will encourage outdoor living focusing on traffic calming and open air activities for all to enjoy.
The development will have diverse housing products from apartments to cottages for every generation of family, where a family or household can grow, mature and age without the need to relocate. Introducing the first of its kind property exchange, Migaa will allow homeowners to switch one house for another in a process that will revolutionise the way community members can upgrade or downgrade their homes.
At Migaa, there are also opportunities for the developer, through Private Developer Sites (PDS), that range from 5 to 20 acres. These PD sites will provide the ability to develop unique and innovative homes complemented by the 18-hole golf course, office parks, retail and sports centres amongst many other facilities. Overview
