Tour buses lazima ziwe modern na comfortable not like hzo taka taka ulizo ziweka, those buses are fit for Lodwar to Mogadishu route [emoji1]. I wonder hw on earth u let them to be used in Nairobi let alone to act as tour buses.

In most cases tour buses are operated by City council of the particular city not universities. Try to get out from ushago and explore the world. For staters come to DSM i will host you [emoji13]

You're just proving your brainwashed copy-paste mania that has consumed Tanzanians! Every city is unique and Nairobi doesn't need those double-deckers to successfully conduct city tours. Who said only city councils can operate city tours? As we speak those KU buses are in business and they are just purposed for what they do! You should be the one to explore the world and start with Nairobi for enlightenment!
