The distance between Juja and Syokimau is 45 kilometers and it's all built up in between.

Remember, Syokimau isn’t even the furthest extent of Nairobi’s built-up sprawl. You can travel another 25 kilometres beyond Syokimau, past Kitengela, and you’ll find built-up areas stretching further out. People are currently buying plots in Isinya like crazy, and at this rate, Isinya could be largely built up within the next 10 years.

Nairobi CBD to Isinya is approximately 60 km, while Nairobi to Kenol is another 60 km in the opposite direction. Within the next decade or so, we could be driving through a continuous stretch of built-up areas from Kenol to Isinya - a distance of roughly 120 km. Nairobi will literally become a city stretching 120 km from end to end.
