Bana hapo umeweza!!
Look at Kasarani. Yaani the moment Kasarani gets a good roof, No Stadium will come close in East and Central Africa.
60 000 seater. Wakowapi walidhani Kasarani haina viti!? Tena viti vizuri na Floor safi. Floor ya Mkapa nimechapa unadhani ya 1920.

Kenya has launched its large scale production of Mobile phones. It will be producing and selling quality smart phones at a reduced price.
A factory for IOT and digital devices has also been launched in Mavoko.

There is already a Semi Conducter factory in Nairobi to manufacture micro chips and motherboards for such digital devices.

This is how the typical Dar slum estate looks like:
Single storey housing with 1970s architecture, rusty roofs and not a high-rise in sight. They're like unicorns over there.

I was in Kakamega today and I can confidently say that there is no City in Tanzania including Dar that can beat Kakamega on road infrastructure. None.

Something to note also, no single suburb is without tarmac. Every road and street is tarmacked. 90% of the roads have proper sidewalks and drainage system. In most cases closed drainage

I still hope these two projects get revived… one has a foundation dug already…. What happened?…. Imagine these 3 or 4 towers forming a cluster in uppehill…. Nairobi will top Africa…. It’s coming though….
