Dodoma is the most green city in EA angalia master plan yake utachoka light railways, brt are all planned in Dom.Dodoma has a long way to go to gain international respect as a capital city…. Those new shiny buildings are just ordinary… you can even find them in rural towns of Kenya…. Plus Dom has an inferior horizontal infrastructure….you need something unique to create a buzz … like maybe a light rail Metro transportation…. Buses won’t do… too ordinary….
