Victor Osimhen will want to play in the Champions League and Chelsea, barring a miracle, won't be in it until at least 2025-26 [unlike Arsenal].

Based on credible reports, at the moment, our top targets for the next couple of transfers windows (mainly the summer window) are:

Striker: Osimhen (£108m release clause)
Winger: Pedro Neto (> £60m)
Midfielder: Zubimendi (£53m release clause)
Defender: Jorrel Hato (18 months left on his contract)

Outgoings: Cedric, Tierney, Nketiah, Ramsdale, Jorginho, Elneny etc

Arteta on January plans:

Yeah we have certain targets and ideas. We don’t know how the squad is going to look in two weeks time. It’s a very tricky market that shifts quite quickly.

Mikel Arteta on Thomas Partey and Takehiro Tomiyasu:

"Nothing has changed with those two, we won't have them available yet. I think it's five players missing. We are a bit short but the team has been doing well and we have enough players willing to play.
