Kindly be informed we have launched (UNIVOUCHERS) for university segment is categorized into three segments.
1. Daily voucher
2. Weekly voucher
3. Night voucher
Note;- The Mechanisms of the same vouchers have been explained as below;-
Ø Customer purchases the voucher will be eligible to get the benefit stated on the voucher.
Ø Customer will get the voucher benefits by dialing *149*94*PIN# then press OK.
Ø WTF will be accessed freely except for night univoucher.
Ø WTF will be accessed freely unless the customer has diverted to the redirected link within WTF.
Ø Both voice and SMS for daily Univoucher will have usage validity of 48 hrs upon enrollment.
Ø Both voice and SMS for weekly univoucher will have validity of 7 days from enrollment.
Ø Uninight voucher will be carrying 600MB and will be used between 0000HRS to 0559HRS though the recharge can be done at any time of the day.
Ø Customer can recharge as many times as they want in a day and the benefits will be accumulated and expire upon their respective validity time.
Ø Once the customer has depleted Data volume/ validity has expired the customer will revert to his/her other bundle or to a PAY as YOU go.
Ø Both Daily and Weekly voucher can be used as normal vouchers when the customer recharges by dialing *104*PIN# as many times as possible.
Ø As well the same voucher can be recharged as Univoucher by dialing *149*94*PIN# but the voucher is used once by either of the two methods.
Ø The customer who has recharged as the normal voucher will query the balance by dialing *102# OK as well the Univoucher balance will be queried by dialing *149*94# then OK.
Ø Night voucher cannot be used as a normal voucher, customer can only use it to get night data benefit (600MB),as well cannot be recharged as normal voucher.
In this world nothing is certain than Tax and Death.
