So PANG ( whose BSD license was revoked) was planning to roll out a Satellite DTH service to allow reach in remote parts of Kenya . mmh.. that would have meant all the DTT channels on one satellite, with strong signal for direct home consumption

You can also get kenyan mux at eutelsat 10a(10e). with 1.8m pf dish you will get them from evening to dawn. with a 2.4m dish pf, you will get them 24/7. c band remember. Happy hunting.

Mmmmmm ..... Sounds like signs of things to come, .... like Signet moving to a KU-Band TP to speed up digital Migration, ..... just to ensure the competition (Media Owners Association) doesn't roll-out a TP ahead of Signet? ......... Keeping by fingers closed ... !

probably but have realised signet co-shares with gotv while startmes with k24 in some towns.

They have got lots of money. their site in Nakuru has got only the foundations with transmitters at the KBC site (Signet)

can i be able to nab kenyan mux at eutelsat 10A @10.0'E.....at voi...help me with the latest signal that is stable and can assist me to nab that bird during the day then wait for kenyan mux in the evening....i have c-band lnb supermax and srt 4922hd decorder...

Have seen an interesting debate on the Guest Channel, let me clear the air. Guest Channel is hosted on a z*k* tp and is owned by z*k*. Its main purpose is to show non paying z*k* subscribers what they are missing out when they default on payment. In Jan it was TLC, Feb it was Discovery science, in March we have enjoyed Box Africa music and a member alerted us that from tommorow 1st April it will be Nat Geo Gold. The point is that it changes every month.

In other news there are two brand new 32 inch sharp TVs being sold for 25k each. They were rejected by a major supermarket for having slight scratches on the body - not screen. PM if intrested.
