I hav an old astrovox vsr9000 that give me a message 'no program's when scanning
Signal and quality are above 65 on nicest.
Old channel are showing good pic but when adding new transponder I get the message no program
Please assist

My advice is to just Factory reset and then rescanned again using (Blind scan) all the channels will pop ups in additions of new channels.

Yes they have international channels.The quality is good depending on the signal strength. Some channels don't pop up if the signal is weak
See some of the channels they have

Thanx for the clarification am going to get one for local channels, am getting tired of climbing every time top of the roof in stabilizing signals on local channels

Yeah, as long as your terrestrial signal is strong, you will get PANG, Signet, Bamba, STV (scrambled) signals. The only thing that may be limiting where you are at is the coverage of these signals. Some are not available country-wide.
